DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Even if the product works, this company is not legit. I ordered a 1x order, but got enrolled in auto shipments. I got lucky and was able to cancel. All I want is to return the product that was shipped. I took pictures, sent multiple emails and the only response I get is, "Oh, so sorry. We will escalate your concerns." It is ALL AI driven. It has been 60 days and no return label!!! Shocker!!! I reported this to my bank and the FTC. I will also send a complaint to my State Attorney General office. I may not get my money back, but maybe I can stop another consumer from losing their money!!!!

I do not recommend this company. I have been trying to cancel the subscription for 3 months because their way of cancelling doesn’t work. I Finially had to call credit card company to stop payment. I am still getting product with no way to return.
Find another company to work with.

Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel order and subscription. This was done within one hour of contacting a very polite and efficient team. Fantastic customer service which I cannot fault.

These are perfect. I’m on them and so are 3 of my 4 children (ages 5-9) and we all feel better!!!

Terrible customer service! I had to return due to an ingredient interacting with another med. I followed everything in the return policy and all I got was lip service. Three months later and still no one will send me a return slip. I am disputing with my credit card company. Complete scam.

These work great with my boys but WHY does it take so long to get them?

Stay away!!! Far away! Zero if I could. No impact on my child. Worst customer service ever. Processed orders without consent. Multiple cancellations confirmations send to my but orders kept processing. The only way to stop is to block via your cc. They give you the runaround on return labels until you are past their 30 say window.

Well we are 7 weeks along this journey and everyday seems better! Our 4 yr old has had delayed speech, learning issues and no want to be social or play with others. Since he has been having his morning stars so much has changed👍 We noticed, of course. But when his teacher and para told us he was doing so much better in class. Taking turns, participating, listening and talking — a lot. Started with colors and shapes, then reciting the alphabet. Now playing and talking with other children🤗 it’s the only thing we changed— so I know it because of Saphire chews. Thank you

These gummies have been amazing for my child. I have seen such an improvement in behavior and focus. I highly recommend them. My child has been on them for a little over a month now.

I am really excited about the effects they have had on my son! He seems much calmer and no more angry outbursts. Overall they were easy to order and the website is easy as well to continue my subscription or pause if no need to.

One week in and my son’s ticks were so minimal! He was doing a should tick every 5 min and then one week after starting these gummies we are down to one tick a day!! So great for his mental health!

Do Not buy from this company!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible. All I asked about was when my saffron gummies would be shipped. I provided the order # and all pertinent info and I was asked to provide more info not one, or two or three times, but 5 times!! I have more than 25 emails from them asking me for more details or asking for me to start a new email chain or verify something that didn't make sense. They just waste your time and then don't deliver the product. Choose to shop elsewhere.

I like this product for my granddaughter, but she’s on her 1st order and they already charged me for another order, please cancel my subscription, now

I would give this company 0 stars as they never helped resolve my dispute. They kept sending me 4 more packets and never resolved my pleas to stop. My child got even more hyper and unfocused on the very first try. The sugar content is high and I don't even know why they have so much sugar in these gummies for kids who have ADHD. I lost a lot of money on this company and they never resolved it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to return unused product to recieve a refund like they advertise and customer works with me for a day and then stops responding. Not a trustworthy company

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Good luck cancelling your subscription. They are not responsive unless you report a charge to your bank after you tried emailing them 4 times to cancel. Then they will email you asking to reverse the chargeback. Absolute scam.

Asked for refund of a very difficult subscription service 3 times. They have many hoops to jump through, like my order number is on the email, stop asking for it. Received no refund and a delivery notice. Sent a fourth email, received notice that their mailbox is full. Beware!

This is a true game changer! My only issue is it’s not very informative on how much to give and how often and what time of day it’s best to give! However, we have tantrums at a minimal. He’s also very happy. I’m very pleased with this. We are actually trying to have him evaluated for ADHD. He’s only four has many symptoms and I do not want to medicate so I bought these instead.I bought a six month supply I believe but I’m not too sure because I’m only giving one a day to a four-year-old.!

My 10 year old son has ADHD.. we’ve always managed it naturally with some help but it’s been an on going battle. This gummy was the first thing he’s taken that he told me “mom, I think it’s helping…I can’t explain it but I just feel different” I can tell, when we are places he has to sit for a while and is bored, he doesn’t get as anxious, and is able to stay connected better, and handles his chores and things at home with more ease.
Hes also always had a terrible time falling alseep and gets so much anxiety over it which delays the sleep even more.
It still takes some time but He definitely falls to sleep easier, and with mush less anxiety while he’s falling asleep. He started with 1 gummy for a month , with some results but have started taking 2 now for increased benefits. Usually one in the morning and one in the evening to help with the sleep issues. These gummies are also DELICIOUS and he loves taking them. I’ve always been suspicious of supplements in a gummy form, but I’m so thankful we tried these!

These gummies are AHHHHMAZING!!!! When i tell you i had my child back im not lying. I’ve been looking at purchasing these for a while now and i was like nahh these is just something else i had to buy and it not work! Nope these do take time to work but i swear to you they do. We have been taking them now for a month and he hasn’t once complained about a headache or flipped out! Within just the first week my family was like you haven’t gave him his reg meds since when…. Much calmer, listens, smiles more, and just all around better!! Give them a try and don’t stop! I promise it gets better and better!!!!
