Unit took a month to ship. Unit arrived unworking. Instructions are incomprehensible. Customer service is non-existent. Have requested a return and full refund. May not receive it. Caveat emptor -- this company should be avoided entirely.

The engineering design for this product was amazing, and the communication from the company was amazing, but the product is absolute crap. I have been in touch with the company to express that, and they have ignored me.
Do not buy this fountain.
If you are of an engineering mind, please build me a fountain that works like this one was supposed to.

Just took 2-3 days for the wife's cat to take to it. We had been using several stainless bowls in different spots in the house, cleaning them and refilling nightly. Her cat, Will Feral is happy, seems to be drinking more.
Only weird thing is the in instruction sheet, says to take apart and clean the pump daily for loose hair and any other debris. As it's a sealed water environment, how could stuff even get it the fresh water bowl?
other than that, it seems to be a great product.

I had some trouble getting the pump started, but once it started working, it is great. Some more comprehensive instructions either shipped with the unit or available online.

I really like the design. It works very well. The cat adjusted well. I removed her old fountain as soon as my pure stream arrived and she was drinking from the pure stream within the hour.

Our cat Chevy took to it straight away once I showed him it. He isn't scared of it, and it is so quiet. Love it, thank you for a great product!

Paid $273.94 for two cat automatic fountains. Received the items and they are generic cheap products from China that are massively marked up in price to comparable options. Website clearly states they have a 30 day return policy. I requested a return and refund immediately upon receiving the items and have still not heard back after multiple emails to their “Customer Support” dept. Steer clear at all costs. This is a scam and I fell for it unfortunately. Hopefully you won’t.

Paid 180 $. Received smaller cheap copycat from china called pet fountain. Worth max 20 $.

Love the product and my cats love it too!

Stupidly expensive for Temu grade product. Took 2 months to arrive, I tried to cancel the order twice which was given to me as an option due to the delay, both emails were ignored, company just doesn't respond. Product looks good on the website and seems like a good idea but what turns up feels like a poor imitation. Also sent to Australia with an american plug.

Apparently a scam. Product is promised to be received in 10 days and you are given ship date. Date passes and you receive more AI emails stating there have been delays but it will ship next month. 1 month has passed, card was charged, never received.

Along with everyone else, I, too, was hoodwinked into buying several of these at once, and was also promised the June 1st date . I contacted Janessa as well, and received no reply.

Ordered on May 9th and all I have gotten are multiple emails from “Janessa” (who seems to be a bot who sends lengthy AI type emails) giving me excuses as to why they have not shipped my fountain yet. Even got an email that they are currently giving free ones away. Imagine that! How is that even possible when clearly, per these reviews, they can not fulfill the orders they have? I responded to that lovely email that it would be nice to get the one I ordered, but I’ll take the free one and all I got was a canned AI response. They even said they would include free cat toys for the delay. Really, I just wanted the fountain. Looking at these other reviews we all ordered around the same time and are having the same issues and we were played. I cancelled my order on June 13 so we will see how that goes as they said”hassle free” yet the reviews state otherwise. Please don’t fall for this because you and your cat(s) will be disappointed!

Adding to the red flag train: they claim they can cancel with no hassle if you just reply to the original order confirmation email - I had gone back and forth with “Janessa” 3 or 4 times about cancelling while being offered further and further discounts to try and keep me from cancelling with no update on if the cancellation had been processed for over two weeks. I finally disputed with Affirm since I wanted it cancelled before my first payment was due as I had already bought (significantly cheaper) new fountains. Received ANOTHER email about the “status” and when I responded asking if my order was cancelled I got yet another “if you keep your order we’ll throw in free toys and keep your spot in line” which, I was already supposed to get the “free” toys so if you ordered and still plan on getting it… hopefully you don’t get one pulled over on ya!

I ordered this (too) expensive cat fountain on May 10, was promised shipping June 1, received too many emails clearly written by AI extolling the virtues of this product while I waited for delivery, only to have them notify me on June 7 that due to "quality issues" the shipment would be delayed "a few days" until July _but_ that if I requested a refund, they would process it with no hassles.

A few days? Try a month.

I have emailed them 4x since then requesting a refund but no response. In the middle of that, they sent another spammy email update about their QC process, but they could not find time to reply to me. I disputed the charge with my bank and was immediately credited by my bank.

The weird thing is that I did have correspondence with one of them in May about the PDF book. She resolved that; they were responsive for a PDF but clearly not for an actual physical product.

I wish I had heeded all the red flags about this company selling what appears to be cheap knock-off garbage, but if you are reading this, do NOT order.

The item took a month to arrive and arrived broken. Several emails and contact forms later and no one has responded to either refund or replace. Do not recommend.

Ordered and the shipping date continues to get pushed back.

I ordered a fountain on May 25 for a June 1 shipping date. On June 1 I received an email saying, "still on track to ship June 10." On June 9, I received an email saying, "Still on track for June 30." I wrote to them today and don't expect an answer. I'll be contacting my credit card company.

This is a complete scam. I have paid close to $400 to these people for a shipment that was supposed to be shipped end of May. When I contacted them on the promised date to get an update, someone named Janessa wrote back saying it will be shipped on the 4th of June.

Lo and behold, 4th came and went and there was no update. I have been writing to them asking for an update but I am being met with silence. I honestly think it's a very well disguised scam. DO NOT BUY!!!

Has anyone actually received a product from this company? I bought the AquaOne in May 2026 and they sent me about a hundred emails a day including that it is “on track” to ship on 1 June (on 24 May), then there is nothing about shipping until I sent an email to this supposedly founder called Janessa asking when it will be shipped, then they sent another email, no apologies or explanations, just saying it is now “on track” to ship on 30 June, like nothing has happened and one month of delay won’t be noticed by anyone. DO NOT BUY - I’ll get a refund for sure.
