I am sleeping so much better
I am sleeping so much better - however my flare-ups are continuing. Seem more intense at times as well, and I need to get back home so I'm not using public toilets for the next 4 hours :(. I only got diagnosed coeliac 10 months ago, so this could be still yet a process to go through.

Finally help that works
Ive tried to improve my gut / brain connections for many years and it is tricky. I feel like i get somewhere but then life strikes and i go down hill. Nerva has made things easier for sure. My gut still plays up but definately better than before Nerva. I love that i can go back and review things and remind myself of the helpful hints. Thankyou Nerva.

It took me the full 6 weeks to feel the benefits of the program. But worth the wait. I am now back to normal and able to do things I wasnt able to do before completing the nerva program

The cost is too high for a great tool
The cost is too high
The price is outrageous. It’s simply too expensive to keep long‑term for maintenance or occasional flare‑ups. I strongly believe this app should be a one‑off purchase that provides lifetime access, rather than a yearly subscription (similar to apps like Calm or Curable).
If the pricing were fixed, this would easily be a 5‑star review for both the app and its content.
The program itself is educational, relaxing, and genuinely calming. The session lengths are just right, and the narrator has a truly lovely, soothing voice. It’s a fantastic too, unfortunately held back by a significant cost barrier, and therefore will not be renewing the subscription 😕

The easy to navigate App
The easy to navigate app made it exceptionally easy to get started. From approx 2 weeks into the program my IBS symptoms started to improve. Following the program, I realised that anxiety was really impacting on my gut health. Noting that I didn't really feel stressed - it was a long term anxiety problem, I didn't appreciate how it was impacting my health

I enjoyed the mix of information and…
I enjoyed the mix of information and the hypnotherapy. They work very well together. Although this actually doesn't cover or made for my health problem. I believe this was well worthwhile doing. Coping strategies are very helpful no matter the health issue you have. When I needed help my questions were answered immediately. I am so glad I did this program and will continue to use it, for helping with stress and coping with similar issues. Highly recommend this.

Wonderful experience
I loved how it made me realise how important it is to have your own quiet time. We are all so busy we forget to just be. I looked forward to the daily sessions, usually after work. I learned a great deal about my longstanding history of bloating and some of the reasons, not least the gut brain response. I am also on the low fodmap diet and at the reintroduction stage. The meditation sessions have been so useful, particularly now. I highly recommend

Lessons about hypersensitivity and the hypnosis were the best parts of the program
The most important part of my experience had to do with the little lessons, especially ones about hypersensitivity to symptoms and how the hypersensitivity in my mind could actually worsen the situation. And another most important element was the guided imagery as in the hypnosis
