Brilliant Service
Put in my order and 54 mins later I was advised that my parcel had been dispatched...what a brilliant service. The parcel arrived within their timescale and product is just as expected. Good service and good products...I have bought from this company before and would have no problem recommending them.

The website was good and delivery was quick but it was so hard to tell the different briefs apart (despite great care) the ones I’ve got are the ones I was trying to avoid which are the low-rise ones that are not very comfortable. So I went with 4 stars. It no easier to tell on Calvin Klein own website either.

2 of the 3 packs I bought were wrong and when I pointed this out the company didn't seem to be bothered and told me I was wrong

Would not offer refund on underwear…
Would not offer refund on underwear even though not worn. Size was much larger than usual Calvin Klein XL size so needed to return.
