Hawalili Arvostelua 

I've ordered from Hawalili multiple times and I like their shirts - decent quality for a low price. Yes, I got one that is too small and 2 that are too big, but that means they hit the bullseye with several others. I made these purchases 2022-2023. For the past year I have seen nothing of them- it seems Eleven Oasis has taken their place with the same style and quality. I find Hawalili still has a website, but many items show sold out, and prices seem higher. Never know what to expect from Chinese companies. I guess I've been lucky.

I have a half a closet of hawalill shirts on my last order Two shirts did not fit and found you can’t return anything so you got the last cent from me. Stupid policy

I order 5 shirts. Three were too small. I paid $26 to ship them back to China. 3 months later, I get the package back with a Chinese Post Office label indicating that it was refused. Do not buy Hawalili products because they will not accept returns despite providing you a Chinese address to ship it back too.

I bought 3 shirts - they were too large -the invoice I got was terrible not like you get from amazon -I contacted customer service -ZIPPO response only when site jabber got involved did anyone one respond -have disputed the bill and want to send the shirts back Customer service should be fired RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THIEVES

Saw a deal, low price on a men’s Hawaiian shirt. Went to check out and found the shipping was more than the shirt, and delivery was going to be 2-3 weeks.

My warning bells started to ring so I backed out, only to ding my inbox filling up with invitations to “complete my purchase”.

I replied with my dissatisfaction, telling them I lost interest. After a few days another email came with a half price offer.

I decided to go ahead and order, went to check out and supposedly the transaction was declined by my bank.

Checked with the bank who assured me there was no problem on their end.

Chalking it up to don’t click on internet advertising (which I very rarely do)

Shirts are to small. Will not answer emails BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM FROM HONG KONG

Ads say shirts are made in Hawaii and company in NC. in reality shipped from Asia! False advertising. Scam

First, they sell out of UK. I was charged 90cts for currency exchange. Secondly, no tracking # and delivery takes 2 weeks+. Finally, terrible quality. No label of material or where it was made from. The shirt arrived completely wrinkled. Looks like a return from someone else... and color was way lighter than the picture advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The shirts are made in china I ordered 2 3xxxl shirts they would have fit my 10 year old grandson don’t use this company they suck and no phone number for them

Bought 2 large shirts. Not the same size and made of the cheapest quality material imaginable. But because I took them out of the package to try them on, can't return the shirts. Do not buy, basically a scam.

I ordered five shirts based the recommendation of a gentleman I saw wearing them. They were too small. I have written 7 times attempting to gat an RA and gotten no response. I have in the same 2week period received 13 solicitation emails.
Can’t purchase more (which was my intention) with such poor service.
A damn shame!

Refund for order list in transit was processed in a timely manner so I'll give credit for that.

Read dozens of past reviews back to 2020 since writing my initial review below. Even though the 4 and 5 star reviews are few my advice is not to trust them. The outright lavishing of praise in some is over the top and most have many grammatical errors. This is indicative of paid reviews or in house generated reviews that were translated by someone with limited English language skills. Since 71% of reviews are 1 star and many would be 0 stars if possible Trustpilot should remove the 5 star ratings and probably the 4 star as well. They are too suspicious to believe

Ordered 4 shirts 12/9/22. 2 were delivered in 3 weeks. 1 shrank in first washing. 1/22/2023 Customer Service said other shirts were lost in transit. Agreed to a refund. Discovered this company does not warehouse merchandise in the U.S. It is shipped from China to USPS for final delivery so it will take weeks to arrive, if it arrives at all. Shirts fit ok if they don't shrink but they are cheap. My advise is unless you're extremely patient do business with another company.

Product is poor quality. Customer service is terrible. Either they say final sale no refund or you pay shipping to China and hope they accept the refund, there are many reasons why they won't. The they offer 15 or 25% refund. It is a scam a real scam. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift for my husband three weeks ago and still don’t have it and it’s four days before Christmas. When I use the tracking #, it says it’s on it’s way. Three weeks for one shirt. That’s a little ridiculous. I will never order from this company again

I ordered a shirt which was never delivered. I tried to contact customer service but there’s no phone number or customer service email address. They have a customer service online chat service. After being on hold for 45 minutes, the service representative said your package was delivered and it’s not our problem. They gave me a tracking number. I called the post office and was told the package was left on the street near my mailbox and was probably stolen. Neither Hawalili or the post office will take any responsibility for reimbursing me or sending me a replacement item.

As a consumer I recognize these chinese shirts are inexpensive items. BUT as a customer I also recognize Hawalili's acruracy, return policies, and "customer service" is unfortunately terrible, I do not recommend doing business with Hawalili. Accurracy: 1 out of 3 items sent to me was wrong. Return policies: I should send photos of the error AND I should pay for the shipping cost back to China for their error/inaccurracy. "Customer Service": they first offered me 10% discount on my NEXT order. (So I paid for ($20) and should keep the item I did not order, that was sent to me in error, thus avoid paying the shipping back to China for their error AND order from them again...no thank you). After a month of trying to correct this, with no less than 8 emails/requests, the "supervisor" did up the ante to 50% refund. Keep the $20 dollars Hawalili as my gift to you, you've lost a customer instead of gaining one. Richard B

Bought one shirt. They sent me a link saying expect up to "25 business days." Well in real terms that means as much as 33 "calendar days!" I thought ordering something 2 weeks in advance of an event would have been plenty of time. Apparently not for this company.

I need to return shirts and order a smaller size. Never got any response. Tried several email, still nothing can't return items without otherization and address. Company states it will get back to you in 48 hours and only gives you a 30 day window for returns, it has been over 10 days now. What ever you receive from this company is what you are stuck with.
