Great experience but ive had a letter come from border control... Help and advise?
They say that they have a package there addressed to me but we've demolished our order weeks ago... You think this is a bluff to try get us in.

I have been a very happy customer for well over a year now, and while I have had occasional delays with orders (due to postal system) I have always received my order (to Ireland). I opened up a support case for one delayed item and support came back to me very quickly and confirmed when they shipped the package. It arrived a day or so later and indeed the dates on the package matched the shipping dates provided by trufflemagic. I find dealing with trufflemagic very easy, the team are polite and friendly and the product is always good. I look forward to being a long term customer.

I found the folks at Trufflemagic to be prompt, honest, and forthcoming about the ordering process. My only suggestion is to choose tracking on your order, if possible. I did not. My order took nearly 4 months to arrive at my overseas destination, which was far longer than I expected, and when I emailed for an explanation they said (and rightly so, I think) that because I hadn’t chosen tracking they were unable to send me a replacement kit, but did extend a discount should I want to re-order. Naturally I was a little skeptical, however, when my order did eventually arrive, the postmark on the package was the same day that they claimed the order was sent, so the shipping delay was due to the post, not Trufflemagic. Now I shall see if mycelium can withstand 4 months in transit, fingers crossed my kits will still produce something, at least! Thank you Peter, Benno, and family for working with me on my first (but not last) order with you guys. If my two kits even produce a fraction of what they are supposed to though it will last me quite a while. You and everyone in this business do the world a great humanitarian service, in my opinion, if only other nations would catch up and catch on to the benefits of psilocybin.

My order arrived in the UK very quickly after being placed. The packaging was very discreet and arrived without any hitches. Everyone at TruffleMagic was very polite and professional in all the correspondence. Highly recommended.

Received my Truffles 2 weeks after ordering (to the uk) which is understandable due to the current Pandemic that is on going, the 15g dose is perfect for anyone looking to trip for the first time, light visuals, feelings of euphoria, a lot of giggling, I had a lovely day out at a nature reserve next to a lake on them, I felt connected to the planet, on the come down I watched some ‘Midnight Gospel’ on Netflix and it sure was Extra interesting! Next time I will for sure try 30g for a more intense trip.
I can’t thank this company enough for allowing me to try this beautiful fruit of nature, I will be ordering again.

I have seen quite a few negative reviews that made me weary but 2 weeks after posting payment I received my parcel the truffles look very high quality and come well packaged mine came through the letter box so no hassle with them either the staff are very helpful and polite have a little faith guys, if you haven't received your stuff after 2 weeks in the UK I doubt customs have seized it as they write a letter explaining what and why items have been seized. Have a nice trip!

My first order was shipped in two boxes, arrived a day apart, all contents perfect and boxes perfect too!
Second again two boxes but everything perfect!
Third order, one box, everything perfect again!
Couldn’t complain at all!

This family was fantastic during the whole process. They responded quickly to my worried emails of my parcel not arriving and were able to give me as much information as possible. Bearing in mind that May had 2 bank holidays (payment and shipping happened just in the middle) it was one week until hey received the cash, less than 24 hours since was received and shipped and 3 weeks after that, very reasonable timing and all of this is perfectly explained on their website.

I find unfair the bad reviews they are getting as you can find all the information and also when I contacted their service they were answering in 24 hours (many other companies have a deadline of 48 hours) and they were kind and patient every time they answered, writing all the info once more.

I still have to try the product but it looks promising.

I’ve ordered from truffle magic before a few times they are legit and are the best truffle site. Also when they had a problem receiving cash on there end they sent me a extra truffle growkit free of charge to apologise. People should understand due to the crap circumstances of the world right now things are going to be a bit delayed lol. All I can say is thanks for the good service. Truffles should be legal everywhere truly wonderful experience.

Excellent products and customer service. They have made the effort to give a lot of really useful information on their website and believe in what they do. We’ve ordered from them a couple of times and they always deliver pretty fast and the truffles are top quality.

TruffleMagic has been nothing but AMAZING in my experience! Their communication is fantastic, they are extremely kind, and they ship out legitimate products. Not to mention the big picture of what they are doing for the world is a huge gift to humanity, IMHO. Having been scammed before I was so incredibly relieved and excited to find a company that truly cares about what they are doing for their customers. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and personally look forward to seeing them grow as more and more people open their minds to such wonderful products.

For the people saying it’s a scam they’re wrong & the people that didn’t receive their package YET be patient for it to come or a letter from Customs. It took a while to get to me in u.s.a. But I did get it & had a great time. If you can’t wait then you shouldn’t be consuming hallucinogens, that’s not what they’re meant for. When the timing is right. Just hate to see a good legit business getting falsely criticized. Peace

I’ve ordered several times from Truffle Magic and they have been incredibly helpful every time.
From questions about delays due to Covid to questions about how best to use the kits they truly provide an amazing customer service experience. Cannot recommendation highly enough.

My order came today! They were very helpful when I was asking questions about my order! I ordered on the 4th may, was shipped on the 11th may and I received it today on the 22nd may! Can take a while so people who are complaining that it’s not with them yet be patient!

TruffleMagic isn't perfect, but quite honestly there isn't much that can be done. As another review stated, they aren't amazon, and family owned. On top of that, Covid is having a large effect and is going to be making things more difficult to be shipped.

With that being said TruffleMagic is doing an insanely good job! I began to have issues in the beginning when my order had taken longer than I first expected for it to arrive, and had contacted support for help. To my surprise they replied very fast. They handled my issues quickly and kept to a professional state, while also being very understanding, and in no way condescending like some companies can be with their service. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and are proud of it while keeping quality, over quantity top priority.

I can't say much about the quality, as I haven't tried their product yet, but I will be tonight, and will update my review accordingly. From everything I've seen they're all around a great company and deserve more business! Will order again.

I made my first order on May 7. Living in the US, I expect the order will be a few more weeks in transit. However, I contacted support about my payment when the ticket hadn't updated for a day or two. I received a response quickly informing me of the current order processing system, including the time it sometimes takes to update. The service rep was very courteous and assured me payment was received and the order was being prepared. A day later it updated to shipped as expected.

I always judge a company more by the quality of service. This exchange impressed me enough to go 4 stars without seeing the product. I fully expect to add a 5th next month when my kit arrives.
