Truffle magic is a proper legit company, if there's still any doubts then you people don't understand the whole process.
Made my order on the 18 of June and got it in a discrete envelope this morning 09 of July through my letter box, I'm very grateful to truffle magic for making this possible in the most smooth and professional way.

Wow. US customer, shipping (no tracking bc I'm too cheap) took 8 weeks, prolly due to CV19. I started to worry customs snagged but it came! Can't wait to try!

I have been buying my products from this company for over 5 years and have always been satisfied. 🙈 I personally prefer the strong varieties crushed, boiled and sifted. Granted, it used to be easier to order, communicate and pay there, since not that much was observed by the state, but security comes first. Both for the buyer and for the company itself. Guys, just look at your tickets on the page, it explains everything you have to do and can open a ticket if necessary. I never had any doubts about the company and was always very satisfied with the quality. Please keep it up. 😍 Buy the fresh ones to grow yourself, they are much better than the finished ones. Ordered a growkit. Product never arrived. Did'nt get any updates from either trufflemagic or the delivery carrier afterwords. 😐

Ordered a package about two months ago and never arrived, while another package from a different Dutch website took only 3 days to arrive.

Awaiting shipment in the US and it has been 4 weeks. My tracking info still says that it has been “sent to the country of destination”.

I placed two ordered one day apart and I received my first package about 5 weeks in and it’s now been about 3 months and still have not received the second package. I have submitted many tickets to get help and still haven’t received any at all :(

Lovely team at truffle magic. Process of sending payment could make you a little nervous but response time gives reassurance that you are in good hands and that this is a legitimate company !

I've been a customer for well over a decade and the service has always been excellent, given the fact that what it actually is that's being shipped around the world and with banking institutes making payment a difficult issue, the guys at trufflemagic always deliver.
The truffles themselves always do "as it says on the tin".... life affirming, life changing even!

Truffles arrived about 10 days to the UK after they received my payment. This is during COVID-19 so I was aware that delivery time may take longer than usual.
Truffles were insane! completely took me on a ride i've never experienced before!

I cannot speak more highly about the team at TruffleMagic and the work they do following my overwhelmingly positive experience with them over the last 60 days (with delivery 6/20/20).

I am a first-time, US-based customer, and had ZERO issues in securing my order. I understand other folks have, due to various customs enforcements and perhaps the winds of fate, but I concur with previous reviewers here that issues with the packages reaching you in the US or elsewhere due to customs enforcement are NOT the fault of TruffleMagic. I knew from day one (and you should, too!) that I assumed the risk of the package not making it to me depending on my country's policies on psilocybin products, and TruffleMagic made this very clear in the ordering process on top of it. I also know they assume plenty of their own risks in doing their work, yet remained fully committed to their mission, so it was only fair I assume my risks as well. So anyone placing blame on TruffleMagic for packages being seized/not delivered are ill-informed and/or naive. If someone didn't get a package delivered because TruffleMagic never sent it, I'd be SHOCKED.

My experience was one of (a) great, timely, consistent communication; (b) strong and willing guidance for any questions I had; (c) and very, very sincere efforts on the part of TruffleMagic to do their part in providing me my product and giving me the positive experiences I was seeking. They seemed to actually care, which is rare in today's world, if you ask me.

Once the order was placed, payment instructions were timely and clear (next day by email, very specific). Payment processing time was reasonable (they received my mail-in payment within 2-3 weeks of when I sent it, despite terrible delays in mailing and shipping due to COVID-19). The turn-around time in terms of shipping my order to me was 1 business day, very efficient! And I received my order in about 2.5 weeks (again, this is astonishing considering shipping delays).

By my estimation, if you're a potential first-time buyer, it's worth the risks (mostly financial as far as I can see) in giving this a try. And I do not think you'll find another opportunity around the world right now to have your needs met than you'll find at TruffleMagic. I hope to use their service again one day, but I'm good for the foreseeable future, thanks again to TruffleMagic.

I have ordered 2 times from the website and received the first order and not the second. I believe they did send the second order as i got a letter saying it was seized by Border Force. All of you saying you didn’t receive your items need to get in touch with customs if you are brave enough to do so.
It is not fair to give them a negative review if the product you ordered is illegal in your country and has been seized by customs. I believe they send all orders they receive.

Final Update: Tripped balls with only around 11 grams! Pandora is no joke... these kits will last a while. All in all perfect experience!!

Update 2: Harvested first kit for a full 50 grams.. looking good! Drying now and I’ll give them a go on Saturday.. can’t wait!

Update: I received the package in the US in a little over a week! Ordered 3 truffles growkits and no issue through customs.. Amazing. They seem to look ok.. one seemed ready to pop so I opened that first and am waiting until Thursday (3 days) to harvest. I’ll update once I’ve had a try this weekend after drying. Very excited!

Excellent service, quick turnaround and perfect choice of shipper. Compared to the pretty much only other NL company that will ship to US and has over 4 stars, there is no comparison.. use these guys.

Awesome Awesome Awesome company! Was soo easy to order receive my product buy thats not even the best part. The product was of the best quality and the customer service was the best I've ever witnessed. They are with you every step of the way whenever you have a question even tho they are extremely busy trying to fill everyone's orders and maintain quality products.
