Although my first order was never received, everyone at trufflemagic gave great support and contact throughout. They sent out my order again and it came within a week. Definitely legit. Just sometimes have to be patient with these things.

I would give Trufflemagic 10 stars if I could. I have placed three orders so far (all in the past 3-4 months) and received all goods in tip-top condition. For context, I live on the east-cost of the USA.

Without being critical of some of the more recent reviews here, I'd like to point out a couple of things that folks should consider when ordering from Trufflemagic: you need to understand that you are not ordering from amazon. These guys run a family business and their top priority is quality. Preparing shipment of an order takes time because we are talking about fresh, living cultures. For instance, when you order fresh truffles, you will get FRESH truffles, which means they need to be harvested, cleaned, portioned, sealed, packaged and prepared for shipping. Logically, this process takes time. In my cases, it was always around one week between when I placed my order and the shipment of the goods. To me, this is more than reasonable.

Shipping to the US took about 4 weeks. So, depending on where you live - also bearing in mind the current COVID situation - it can take 4-5 weeks before you receive your order. Now, Trufflemagic is very honest and transparent about this. They don't deceive you by making false promises, all this info is clearly stated on their website.

As for the quality of the items I purchased, I have nothing but praise. I am new to truffles and mushrooms and I do realize that I don't have a lot of reference points. However, at least in my case, I was more than satisfied with everything that I received. Well, that's why I placed two more orders after I received the first one.

Well, again, I am not trying to be critical or question some of the less favorable reviews here - however, those are just not consistent with my experience. Trufflemagic has gained my trust and I will continue to be their loyal customer.

Orders never arrived.
Be aware, I decided to try their services after the latest reviews, but in my personal experience, I order first a non tracked parcel. Still now never arrived. I opened ticket, but their ticketing system seems broken or doesn't update.
Then I decided to used a tracked order. After 5 days I didn't even received any track id, or any proof that they actually even sent anything to me.

Vendor does replies to trust pilot, apparently my order is processing yet so I will keep updating this review as I have updates.

Never received my order or a refund, but I did get a coupon for 25% off so they can take 75% of my money next time! I'm never going to order from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. As far as I'm concerned, it's a scam.

Update: me and my friend made a tea each out of half a pack of Utopia each and wow what an experience, really intense visuals and spiritual experience.

TL;DR: Ordered 23rd April, received 4th May, everything I ordered arrived and discretely packaged.

Ordered 3 for 2 Utopia on 23/04/2020, received tracking details few days after and just received them today (04/05/2020). So far happy. Will be sampling the truffle Saturday so they're just stored in the fridge for now. Will edit to add my journey and experience soon after Saturday.

Only thing I was slightly worried about was the vacuum sealed pouch thing they came in wasn't as tightly vacuumed and still appeared to have a bit of air in, this was probably happened during shipping and they still look and smell* fine.

*I was also worried about the smell (pungent earthy, dirt, mold like weird smell honestly can't explain it) but after a quick Google search that's normal.

I definitely recommend getting tracked delivery, just for peace of mind because delivery will be a thumb twiddling wait.

Also having tracked means if they get seized because of the nature of the product you won't instantly blame TruffleMagic.

And lastly the package was very discreet.

These guys provide an amazing product and the online service is straightforward. Any doubts or queries are dealt with quickly. I plan to place another order very soon.

Great service as always. Quick in answering any questions. Very nice Team to deal with. Parcel took a bit longer to arrive, but it's understandable due to the pandemic. Thanks Team! :)

I initially gave TruffleMagic a 1 star review because my order never arrived after a month and on top of that their ticketing system would not let me contact them. They also shipped the package 1 week later than what order status mentioned. Long story short, I did receive my order on 5/25 after about 2 months of ordering. This might be all because of covid situation. Hoever the broken ticketing system is no excuse. Please fix your ticketing system so that your customers can have a better experience. Now that I have order, I will go see the portal. Peace !!

I've ordered with them a few times over the past years. One time the products didn't make it through the mail, but that was most probably no fault on their behalf and just something that can happen in this case. The other times everything worked smoothly and I received some great products. Also, they respond quickly to any questions and were very helpful. Thanks!

Did not receive product. It has been over a month and I am not expecting it anytime soon. I recommend to look at another provider for your truffles as Trufflemagic does not seem to be functioning well under COVID-19. There has been many reports recently of customers not receiving their products also, this does not seem like a one off.

Trufflemagic has amazing customer service but sadly that can not help them when it comes to this situation.

Only here because it seems this is the only way to get in touch with you - the ticketing system is not working (I've been trying for a week on multiple browsers and devices) and the email address I found is getting an automatic reply.

I ordered on March 9 and still haven't received my order. I understand the risks of that when I ordered and that the pandemic might be slowing things down. Just wanted to see if anything could be done. Thanks.

UPDATE: Finally received my order. Not sure if it was posting here that prompted a resend or just delays due to COVID-19 but it made it! Thank you and stay safe.

Excellent. These guys really look out for you. My order was reshipped no questions asked when my initial order never came. The reshipped order just came and I couldn’t be more pleased. Second time ordering, received it within 10 days and had a very good first experience with the products.

I've been using these guys for so many years now, there have been a couple of hiccups over the years due to a mix up in transferring money to wrong account on my behalf, and once a package didn't make it to me, but they have always done there best to resolve the problem for me.

Since the latest changes after January/February with the site closure and reopening, I've made another purchase from them using the new crypto payment method and its so much better.

It takes a couple of weeks from payment till I received the package but it got to me in good condition.

The product is always top quality and does a great job at all its versatile uses, giving me great insight and open-mindfulness as I tackle through the complexities of life.

Thankyou TruffleMagic for providing such a great product and service doing a great honner to humankind against the opression of babalon.
