Great company to deal with. Placed an order for buy 2 get one free first week of August and received it 2 weeks later East coast USA-super fast! Truffles were exactly as described. Discreet packaging, fast service and great product...what else could you ask for! Will be ordering again.

Ended up here because of JRE talking about psychedelic bee honey, which is stupid expensive and affected me as much as a cigar would. That led me on a path of exploration in the not so legal mail in drug biz. After very minimal research I found dozens of websites, based on the reviews and the fact That I could pay electronically (not mailing them cash) I chose this one. Buying process is different than you’d expect but pretty straight forward. It took them about 3 days to process and about 12 days to deliver. Not going in detail on the effects of the truffles, people like to blow it out of proportion and claim it’s a “life changing experience” but aren’t most drugs? I know Alcohol has brought me there once or twice;)

Long story short: they made it to SOCAL & they do what they’re supposed.

This is great company, I've bought from them more than ten times. I had some issues, but they all have been resolved on time. They really care about quality of their products and satisfaction of their customers.

The last order I made did not arrive due to fault of the postal service. I contacted the company and they reshipped my order again at their expense. I ordered the 3 packets for the price of 2, 15 grams eachlast week Sunday and it came today Monday after only a week. I live in the UK. So if you're from the UK and you're sceptical on delivery, i reckon just try and see if it comes cos i was very nervous too but thankfully it came rather quickly. I paid using bitcoin too which was a awfully paying for process, not on Trufflemagic's end but just setting up a blockchain wallet. Truffle magic has some software that clearly shows how much to pay and so on and if they have gotten the payment. Ngl i did order mine during the heatwave now in london so i just hope the heat in vans didn't mess up the truffles when i do them and i also dont really have a fridge to store it in so im just keeping it in a cool box for now.

I ordered some truffles May 19, 2020 and here it is August 8, 2020 and I have yet to receive any of the 3 items I purchased. I was told it usually take even up to 8 weeks, well my 8 weeks are up and still not a shroom in the mail! I have also contacted and haven’t heard back YET but the fact we don’t receive refunds when we’ve placed an order is sketchy to me. I feel the least that could be did if no refunds is to be able to either get a discount or at least something free to test out what we couldn’t get. I was extremely excited to try the truffles for the first time ever but now I probably won’t ever order from here again.

Truffle magic is my new go to for my needs. At the beginning of those pandemic I ordered from them but the mail held on to my order for almost 60 days! While I'm waiting for things to arrive they kept in constant contact with me and offered all kinds of advice and assurances. My package came finally so I let them know how long the mail in today's world took as a way to try and help them answer the question..."When will it arrive?" There response was to make sure I was satisfied, I was and then they have me a big discount on my next order which I did not ask for. This is the level off service TruffleMagic strives for Everytime! I only have 4 stars because of the postal issue. Not their fault at all. If I was only considering then I'd of given a 10 start rating.

Ordered on 15/07 arrived on the 26/07. Had to send cash which I understand does sound a little strange but I made sure to pay for the money I sent to be signed for, for peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend it anymore! It’s been hard to find a trustworthy website, but thankfully I’ve found one. All communication via the website was really quick and professional. The product is just what I had hoped for. Shipping time to US, even during the pandemic, is fine. And the customer service and communication is awesome.

Product came just as advertised on there website, if you live in the US is those take around 2 weeks to arrive but otherwise extremely with my purchase.

These guys are legit and a good company to work with. I placed my order from the U.S. and patiently waited for the status of my shipment to change. It was stuck for 27 days and I was nervous I had been scammed. But then it cleared customs and within a week it arrived at my door with everything in order. I was so pleased! My advice is to place your order and be patient. Don’t send emails or tickets. Once you get a tracking number just know that it will take many weeks but it will arrive!

Truffle Magic provides great product and service. Their team is attentive and knowledgable, and was honest and rather accurate in there estimates with regard shipping. They maintained a connection with me after I received their products through their online messaging portal, which I found effective and discreet. They answered many questions and provided links where I could deepen my knowledge. Given the risk they take in distributing their products, their products are affordable and accessible, and if one has some patience with shipping, willing be quite satisfied with the results of their exchange with Truffle Magic. Go for it!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Hasnt arrived. Other suppliers (can easily find other websites) have arrived within 7 days. Expensive (£150) mistake. Avoid.

I think it is entirely fair to provide a review of the experience of your website when compared to others for people to then decide how they want to proceed.

It seems your attitude is - well if you didn't or don't receive it, its on you. You talk about sharing risk but actually there is no risk to you once payment has been recieved. The risk is entirely on the buyer side and your lack of sympathy on here for people who are left out of pocket and without product is quite revealing.

How many stars would you give a company where you ordered and paid for a product that never arrived? 5?

What an AWESOME company! I decided to post the money in an envelope as I couldn't be bothered to do the whole cryptocurrency route (I'm not tech savvy). I received the truffles to London, UK exactly two weeks after I sent the money. As I chose not to pay extra for tracked shipping, I got a little nervous after the first week and emailed the team. Benno responded within an hour to ask me to be a little patient and to hang tight - which I dutifully did. He was right - it arrived soon after and I was so pleased with the discreet packaging! Unfortunately, I fell ill and was only able to take the truffles 3 weeks after it had arrived. I had kept it in the fridge but I was still worried that it would have lost its potency but it didn't - I had the most beautiful and therapeutic experience.
