I'd say 5 star but the communication was not there. I never got any confirmation emails or anything. Had to keep checking the site. However it got to me in the US within 3 weeks. The truffles are great quality and tastes ok. Definitely nausea giving so take with food. Best trip ever! I got the strongest one hollandaisa or something like that. Will order again

I was a little skeptical when placing an order, but any worries or concerns quickly put to rest. Excellent communication and customer service every step of the way, happy and fast to answer any questions or concerns i had. I had a slight issue with my tracking, but recieved a refund for the tracking as soon as the issue came up, And was provided with an update as to when my order was shipped. I recieved my order around a week after this, and could not be happier.
due to the content that is being shipped, naturally there is a longer wait to recieve it, and also risks for this being shipped, so i was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived so quickly. I will definitely be buying here again and reccomending them to anyone who is looking to buy from a trustworthy place.

I usually don't leave comments for companies but I had to take a moment to thank TruffleMagic... They are just the best. I've gotten everything from truffles to grow kits, and I've always had a positive experience. I legit will not even try any other supplier. I recommend them 100%.

I recommend anyone who is contemplating on buying magic truffels to purchase through trufflemagic.com! I was a first time customer using this website and I was very wary if the site was legit! But the team dealt with every question and query as soon as they could and always kept me up to date and gave me advice! I sent cash and the whole process took 2-3 weeks which they clearly state before ordering! The truffels turnt up exactly as they said they would and me and my pals had an amazing time! Quick delivery (UK) and not had any problems. Ordered four times in total but only twice this year, once for a truffle grow box thingy which was very easy to use and gave a lot of truffles. Good customer service and quite cheap deals.

I have ordered twice with Truffle Magic and I am very satisfied. I know they are trying their best to supply us with such important things! Once my package was stopped by customs so it took a while for it to arrive, but thanks to their efforts to keep everything discreet and legit it all arrived ok. They have always been on hand to help me with advice and answers to my questions. I will definitely be using them again. We need to understand that this operation is not as straight forward as Amazon so there may be complications with delivery etc, such as when packages are stopped by customs,, but it's all part and parcel with the nature of what they are doing,, which, again, is something very important for those of us who appreciate it.

I wanted to thank for the effort Trufflemagic is making in providing quality service for people around the world. I received my order and it was exactly as advertised. Customer service is also very good, answered my every question. I'm after placing another order and just can't wait for it to arrive :)

Straight up Scammers!
I ordered spores worth several hundred dollars. I paid using Bitcoin and I never received product. In fact, they never gave me a valid tracking number. I asked over and over again for a valid tracking number to show proof of shipment and delivery and they refused to provide me with one or explain to me where my order went. 3+ months later I'm still trying to find out where my order is and they refused to ship out any product or give me a refund without showing them proof of ID... WTH???? I ordered through my online account on their website, I am who I say I am. I sent them proof of my Address, they wouldn't accept it and they still wouldn't provide me a tracking. These people are crooks, they are scammers. Do not trust them and don't pay them with Bitcoin, you'll never see the money or the product. Terrible people!

First order never arrived. They refused to resend as I did not pay for tracking. They gave me $45 off a second order so I ordered again and paid for tracking. Empty Envelope Made it to my house with a note from customs that the contents had been seized. Truffle magic would not re-ship. Paid for two orders and have never received anything. Positive reviewers have only reviewed this one company on trust Pilot!? Seems unlikely.

Placed order through BTC. Highly recommend. Order came in 7 days flat to USA, no tracking. Amazing! Customer service is above and beyond. Trusted family owned and operated business. Don’t hesitate, trust the process, and take the risk.

I have been dealing with this company for over a year and the entire family is great. I've been answered and helped by almost everyone I'm sure. Lol. They even had a policy change and honored my prior arrangement. I ordered three this time and have only gotten one. The other says it cleared customs but haven't seen it and it's been about 10 days since I got the first. Hopefully it comes through. Otherwise, hey it happens.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the team at truffle magic. One of my orders was confiscated, and it took about 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive a letter. Nothing else came of it. I tried again, and after about 4 days the truffles were put through my letter box. They were always available to answer my concerns, and were helpful even when I lost faith after the failed attempt, but that's the risk, it is illegal here in the UK. I can't wait to try them, and will be using them in the future. My advice is to pay with bitcoin and use tracking. Ive sent cash as my first payment, but that got lost in transit unfortunately, so its best to pay online rather than sending cash. Looing forward to ordering more in thr future. This is a real deal. Magic truffles are special - they are diffrent in constrast with mushrooms because they provide different teaching. Consume one package (15g) (Hollandia) , on an empty stomach (min. 4h of no eating and keep in mind of your mody weight if you are <60kg or less one package will be enough), and lemon-tek method and there are 99.8% chance that you will see something and more... (and of course keep truffles in dark and coold place ) - and of course Keep track of shelf life (shipping in EU is really fast it usually in 6-7 days) Happy Tripping/Learning. I took 15g of fresh Psilocybe Utopia, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience. The trip wasn't particularly visual, but very (very!) rich in emotional messages about my life. If you are looking for something beyond "getting high" and you are curious to see yourself with different eyes, this is surely the product for you. Last but not least, the Staff of TruffleMagic is very nice and professional :)

Amazing product and amazing customer service. I have ordered a few items from them and they are always shipped discreetly and arrive quickly. The product itself has always been amazing and I would recommend them to everyone! Customer service has always been available promptly to answer any questions that I have had about the grow kits or product them selves which is appreciated..

ALL OKAY UNTIL YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE.

I've used this company twice. The first time there were no problems and I was happy with the product.

With my confidence buoyed during these grim and uncertain times I made a slightly larger order and sent the payment tracked, which they confirmed receiving.
However nothing arrived my end. After contacting them I received a fairly standard reply telling me to sit tight and that the goods may still arrive.
Nothing did.
After several attempts to communicate with them regarding a refund, substitute package or even just a quick email of condolence, I received a seemingly generic and faintly mysterious second message stating that I was being "helped" with my order.  They did not expand on exactly how I was being helped and any attempt on my part for them to clarify what they meant has been met with silence.  
None of this by the way is helped by the fact that their website is sketchy. Every time since not receiving my order that I've attempted to send inquiries, I didn't get a confirmation that the message has been sent although I later on saw that they had been.
 In a last ditch attempt to draw their attention, I decided to open up a new order amounting to the same cost as the previous one that didn't arrive.  The intention was to point out to them that they had already received a cash payment from me to which I had received nothing.
Low and behold once they'd received my new order they were in touch straight away requesting me to send more money.  So.... quoting my previous order number I explained that I had in fact already paid for these goods and that they hadn't arrived. 

Another generic "You're being helped with this ticket" message followed.
Except I wasn't being helped at all. Quite the opposite actually. Bad vibes.

In fairness to them I opted not to have my delivery tracked and while of course I appreciate that items do go missing in the post, what I find really irritating is their total lack of any compassion. I can only conclude based on this experience that Truffle Magic are a business who exercise a clear and definite disregard for customers who lose out.
On their website, Truffle Magics business blurb talks of promoting "well being" amongst those who seek out and purchase their product, when in actual fact the reality is that as soon as something goes wrong with a transaction they actually couldn't care less.
By this point in time I was expecting to be enjoying their product with a big smile on my face, trotting down to the local park with my headphones on and having optimistic thoughts about life in general. Not sat writing this review and being ghosted by some charlatans on the make.

Disappointing and expensive mistake on my part.
I hope they have a bad trip.
Not really bad.
Just enough to make them think about the bad things they've done.

Placed an order, received and enjoyed! I will be a returning customer!
