People need to stop talking crap about this website. If you look it says they cannot send packages to the US at the moment. Its annoying when people literally leave bad reviews about anything they can like bitcoin etc aswell , when it doesn't really have anything to do with the websites features. This is the best website I've seen in a while and one of the only ones I've seen that sends already inoculated grow kits of pretty much any species of cubensis all around Europe to make sure everyone who can possibly enjoy the magic can do so. This website deserves a 5 star review no doubt .

It took a long time but I absolutely, positively DID receive my order! Made a post earlier about not getting my product. Guess I only needed to wait a few days longer. I completely apologize to Truffle Magic for anything negative I may have written about their site. I DID RECEIVE MY PRODUCT! It may take a while to get to the US but it will come. I AM SORRY!! THANK YOU TRUFFLE MAGIC!!!
So....I ate a bag of truffles....not very strong. Must have lost a little potency in transit. How much potency? Three 15g bags of truffles were delivered to me today. I ate all three bags TONIGHT and felt little more than if I had eaten a pot brownie. They did arrive though. I'll give TruffleMagic credit for growing them and getting them to me but if they lose that much potency along their travels....I'd rather eat a pot brownie. They were shipped Dec 21, I ate all three 15g bags on Feb 10, the day they arrived. Sorry TruffleMagic but I call it the way it is. Peace.

Ordered back in early December, sadly my product didn't turn up which was out of their control. I contacted customer services and they courteously worked with me to find a resolution which worked for all parties. Highly recommend and will be trying again in future!

Good customer service and nice people but let down by the shipping. Two orders never made it through. Won't offer alternative courier nor insurance for shipping which is a disappointment as it seems this is a frequent occurrence, beware.

Despite the odd shipping issues which aren’t related to the company, the customer service alone I received from truff mag deserves 5 stars. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me 👍🏼

I have placed my second order now with this company. I have found the products to be reliable, the information on the website helpful, and the customer service to be superb. I used bitcoin for my purchases, and given my inexperience I'm happy with how that process worked and found it smooth.

The order never arrived.
Communication was good however so I have given 2 stars.
They sent me a voucher code worth 7.5euro to use against another order but I’m not sure whether I’d risk ordering from them again. Cant really afford to be sending cash through the post and getting nothing in return. I’d pay for tracked post but surely that only works in the Netherlands, once outside the country I doubt its traceable anyway. That’s certainly the case in the uk with Royal Mail. But never mind. Time to start growing our own I guess.

I had a very pleasant experience with them. First of all, yes, it is legit company. I did my own research before I bought mushroom grow kits from their website and found that the company indeed exist :)
Package came fast, in 4 days, and I paid extra for tracking number. Growing kits looks healthy and ready to grow :)
Communication with the company is excellent, they did answer fast and honestly, I felt taking care of all the way to receiving the goods! They even asked to text them after I will receive my package, so nice of them!
I would give them 11 out of 10 if I could.
I definitely recommend :)

I am impressed with this company. My order was delayed to the UK I contacted them they followed it up and it arrived the next day. Very pleased with the products and great customer service.

This place is great. They helped me with all the questions I had and then even helped me with the ordering process. Product arrived in the US is about 3 weeks and it was great quality. Then I had more follow up questions which they promptly and thoroughly answered. Thank you, Benno!
