I've ordered twice since my last review.

The second time it arrived very fast, little over a week in Europe. However there was a slight issue with the shipping(not their fault). PostNL dropped the package to DPD and during that switch some information was lost(only one letter for the name of the recipient, only the street name and number and the zip code). I panicked when I saw the delivery failed due to the missing information and notified TruffleMagic about it. Thankfully the package was rerouted to a local pickup point and was able to retrieve it using the tracking number the next morning.

For the next order the payment was not processed in time. I've sent them all the information regarding the payment and were quick to respond and send the order. However they forgot to include the tracking number. I contacted them again and they were kind enough reassure me they will reship it if there were issues like last time. The order arrived with no issues in about a week and a half and they also refunded me for the tracking costs.

Overall, I am pleased with their services so far. Mistakes can happen, like forgetting the tracking number, but we are all human and they handled it well. Each time the truffles were amazing. I do recommend getting the growing kits, since you can enjoy them the freshest.

Edit: I'll definitely order again. Right now I am microdosing and I feel great, I have better memory, I'm more energetic, but not jumpy, overall just in a great mood, ready to take on life.
I only mentioned what happened with the second order just to highlight how you assessed the situation with the third order, how you addressed my concerns and how you took the time to look back on it.
The second order had everything to do with how the delivery companies handled it, not TruffleMagic. As far as I'm concerned, they are doing a very good job product wise and customer support wise.

I had a wonderful trip with a professional tripsitter: 5 hours of "therapeutic work", followed by 5 hours of visions, colors, bliss. All together I was tripping for 11 hours (Pajaritos, 52 gr.).

Very relaxing. Major issues around a breakup years ago could be resolved, deep insights, resolutions, and the best, I remember everything!

Ideal for therapeutic use especially since it's very harmonious, healing, and recollection is fantastic.

Ordered immediately more of the same for friends and family :-)

Customer service is excellent, sending it to a country within the EU is absolutely no problem.

Well this is my third review of truffle magic I made 3 previous reviews and they keep asking for a reference number which I never received and then I can't update my review so I put my order number on the review and keep getting the same thing a refference number so truffle magic can contact me the few times I did actually get in contact with them I was treated like an idiot because I got the send off date wrong by a month which made truffle magic look even worse today marks the 6 month point since they said they sent my order off I have not received my products I had ordered which with my first order and third order total $200 u.s.d. with no product received and the run-around and refference number emails I get and get no number .don't get me wrong there products are very good tripping it's the orders that don't show up when you pay for them that I am complaining about so all is I can say it's a 50/50 shot that you may get what you order they offered a 25% off the next order as I see it they owe me my original order plus my third order before I even consider purchasing agian unless they set up a store inside the United States and I did not receive a letter from Dutch or u.s. customer so that only means one thing it was never sent in the first place and yes they do send letters out that states orders that are confiscated and the reason why I ordered other products from the continent of turkey I ordered the same day as the magic truffles and that order arrived with no problems 2 weeks after I ordered and turkey is thousands of miles away from Amsterdam so that's my experience with magic truffles

My first order was to test the waters on shipments to US, fine, got it in two weeks give or take. The second time I upped my order. I ordered on the last day of January 2021. My order was marked completed almost immediately. I noticed an update to their webpage the next day, Feb 1, that said shipping to US was suspended due to new rules. This made me wonder if I'd ever get my order and if it was ever really completed. So fast forward over two months and I still have not received it. I opened a support ticket and each communication has been politely telling me it will get there soon until finally, whoop, outa luck pal, our apologies. So the lesson here is, buyer beware.

So in reply to TM's reply to my review and comment that one star was unfair. Here's my position bro: I paid my hundred and twenty bucks or whatever and for that I received two months of polite but unconcerned lip-service from your company. Let me ask you this: if you were me would you give more than one star? TYNVM

I ordered from TruffleMagic but the product did not arrive. As I had never dealt with this sort of company before, I was sceptical and my assumption was either a) they kept my money and did not send it.. or b) it was lost in transit (I did not pay for tracked shipping).

I contacted them and was offered a discount code to order again, although I chose not to in the end and tried a different company instead.

Cut to 2 months later, and I get a letter through my door from the police asking me to call them regarding "items seized by border force".
They informed me that 2 packages had been seized addressed to myself (1 package from TruffleMagic, another from a different company) and would be destroyed. No further action was taken although they informed me that action would be taken in future if repeated.

To sum up, although I did not receive the product, this at least proves that TM sent it. I have no issues with them as I accept the terms and risks of making the purchase. Their customer service was also very kind and polite which I am grateful for.

Absolutely fantastic service, the customer service team are great and very informative people. Most of the time queries are answered within 24hrs. Confirmation of order been shipped can be a day or 2 slow which is why I can't give a full 5 stars but over all are great experience and service.

Absolutely amazing customer service :)

I’m going to give them a fair and balanced review so I’ll start with the couple of negatives I came across which were minor. Firstly the website wasn’t the easiest to navigate, I was using a mobile phone so that might be why. Secondly the payment method, it wasn’t exactly straight forward to get the payment to them. I’d never payed with Bitcoin before this.

The positives far outweigh the negatives. Firstly I tried to purchase a product but didn’t send enough Bitcoin, after panicking I bought another one and was unsure what would happen to all the money I had spent on the first product. I contacted customer service and had a reply within around an hour or so, they were really helpful and told me that they would send the first order as well as the second even though I’d sent just short of the amount of Bitcoin needed.

I live in the UK and was kind of skeptical and a bit worried about ordering from them. I ordered last week on Thursday and they came today so only took 10 days to get here.

Great company, great customer service. Just need to see now if there product is great too!

What a pleasant experience. It took me a little while to navigate my way around the website but once there the loads of information was easily accessible and very helpful. Benno and Peter were focused on providing a quality product and were available every step of the way.

Once my payment was received, it took approximately 4 weeks for my kits to arrive, which was faster than I expected due to the pandemic and extreme weather. I was unsure about my next steps with my kits, so I sent a message asking a few questions. Within 24 hours I received a reply with detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to let the kits finish growing, harvesting, cleaning, and drying.
I feel they stand behind their products and are willing to help however they can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience with their truffles. I highly recommend and will be shopping with them again!

Very nice doing business with them, I first ordered magic truffles which took about two to three weeks to arrive in the UK untracked delivery and after two weeks I ordered a mushroom grow kit with tracked delivery for an extra fee as I didn't want to wait too long and it came within a week from the day of ordering, shrooms are growing now and everything is going fine, thank you trufflemagic

Such a joy from start to end,
Once you sort out bitcoin (which can be a faff) you’re in good hands and you won’t be disappointed.
2nd time purchaser and went with Atlantis grow kit and I got so much yield I had to dry the rest and store in an airtight container of which I still have some left from 6 weeks ago and they are still just as good as new.
I found out how best to treat the remaining truffles from the Truffle Magic Family.
They are first class and you can tell they care to make sure everything is cool for their customers.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
