Over the last 1.5 years I have ordered 6 times to the United States and have never had an issue. I send cash in a Card to their PO box per instruction. FYI...It takes 3 Forever stamps . Within 2 weeks I get a message it was received. Within another 2 weeks I get a message order is complete and it is being shipped out. The package arrives usually within 3 weeks . Nothing but great things to say about this company.

I have been using Truffle Magic for a while now and have been very impressed. Once I got my head around the ticketing system the whole thing has been straight forward and easy. I have ordered a number of packages and only had one intercepted by customs, once I got the letter from them, Truffle Magic sent another straight away. The only things slowing the process down is the post and Brexit...

Have been using them for over a year. Sometimes there will be delays but that is understandable with US Customs. Overall great communication, service and product. Remember sometimes there are delays but it's not their fault.

Used them multiple times now, always arrives, always well packaged and always good quality. Fantastic customer service.

Yes, the order is not working with BTC payment at this time, but T.M is working on it. One has to order with sending cash in advance and I had been doubtful if the cash will arrive with T.M at all - but it did and what I have gotten this time, as I ordered previously as well, was indeed a ticket to have the look behind the doors. O.M.G - it was like the sandwich a Zen Master would order at Subways: "One with all" :-)! We had 87 Gr. harvested out of one Truffle Box, so it was even more than the possible Max. We have eaten about 40 Gr. each and honestly, this was one of the best, if not even the best mind journey ever. Unbelievable dive in the depth of ones mind and great insight - so hard to get words for it. It was like knowing without the knower, seeing without the one who sees, ones "ego" disolving in "being". In short it was the cherry on the pie - there was nothing more to understand as it was the end of understanding. T.M, you have really given us a present and you are doing a great job cultivating these truffles. I am sure that yout BTC payment will work again soon, till than foks: Just order by sending the cash to their P.O. Box. T.M is sending you the magic made 4 U, one just has to be patient as ordering and arrival took some weeks all in all - but it is worth the waiting. Keep on the good work T.M, till next time....

Made 2 successful purchases last year and was happy with the products. Haven't been able to make a purchase this summer because the bitcoin payment option isn't working. Like a review below me, I tried to reach out through a support ticket and haven't gotten a response. I don't think it's an issue with purchasing competency. The suggestions given to that person haven't worked for me either.

They don't send you anything. When I ordered, they had a policy that stated if you didn't receive your order, they would send again. They claim their orders "get lost in customs". This is not a reputable business. *EDIT* My purchase was over 2 years ago. Trufflemagic keeps taking down my review. All they have to say is it is false, and with no proof Trustpilot takes it down. Trufflemagic disputes every bad review and immediately has them taken down instead of addressing them with customer service, refunding money or actually sending product. If you order in the US you won't get anything from them.

The Trufflemagic team appear to try their best to deliver in good time in spite of the hurdles faced. My first delivery did not arrive as it got stuck with the Netherlands postal service despite being sent by Trufflemagic as registered post. That seemed to be down to the postal service's backlog due to Brexit and COVID.

However, Trufflemagic, agreed to resend a second batch. Not only that, as I was no longer in a position to enjoy my truffles until later, they delayed re-sending my purchase until I said I was ready so that it could be as fresh as possible for such a service. This batch arrived fine.

Pre-Brexit/pre-COVID, several other orders have run smoothly with no lost or delayed batches. All truffles consumed so far have been of good quality and relatively reliable potency for a natural product with the expected variation.

Their online ticketing system works once you learn to navigate it - it's not that intuitive though. I did have problems and frustrations learning to use bitcoin for the first time and it cost me a lot more in bitcoin charges (not Trufflemagic's charges). If, unlike me, you are bitcoin savvy I guess that's no problem. So I shall be sending cash in the future and have been reassured that 99.9% of the time this works fine. We'll see.

The number of European companies willing to send to the UK has dwindled post-Brexit. The few that I have investigated look a bit dodgy to me having read many reviews (though looks can be deceptive). Given the team's efforts to overcome hurdles, Trufflemagic, for me a least, seems to be a good bet once you accept the realities of COVID, Brexit and customs that might affect final delivery.

So I decided to take the path of least resistance & I put my cash in an envelope & posted it to an address that I got off the internet-Sounds like a good way to get ripped off right?....
10 days later I'm tripping like its 1979 again here in the U.K-These guys at TruffleMagic.com are the real deal ;-) They kept me updated all the way through my order(& theres loads of good info on there site to check while you wait) and I received my truffles through my letter box 5 days after they processed the order! no hassles at all.
The truffles came on 15 minutes after eating a 15 gram pkt of Psilocybe Utopia & lasted a good 8 hours! it was amazing with visuals,energy & thought.A really clean trip with nothing bad at all as far as Im concerned.
The guys really are dedicated to providing the best product that they can & sharing it with us over the web-In what must be a really difficult situation-at times all things considered.
Remember that no-one finds psychedelics,the psychedelics find US! So trust these guys & Karma and hopefully you will receive good things in return,I know I did!

Customer service is great from start to finish, they always want to help you and seem to be genuine and care for their customers. Initially I had problems with my order but trufflemagic sorted it out for me!

My second delivery was much better and I was extremely satisfied with the product. This is my go to place now from now on.

I got both my deliveries to the UK within a week. So far so good. They conceal the parcel a lot better than other companies as they really do want you to receive your item.

Took nearly 3 weeks to get to the UK, but with BRexit and Covid that is understandable. Pre-warning for any UK buyers, wait about 3 weeks for delivery (Not trufflemagics fault)

Wonderful communication and I am all the way in New Jersey United States. I was extremely skeptical. But I did receive the product it was vacuum sealed and very high-quality and very potent. If you are an experienced psychedelic user I would highly recommend Hollandia and Utopia. All you need is one serving and that will do you just good. I sent cash discreetly in a birthday card LOL and received my product about two months later because of a shipping issue with them shipping to United States discreetly. However it did arrive And I am well pleased and will certainly be ordering again. I worked with a person named Benno who is extremely responsive and super kind and I can tell very passionate I love working with people who are passionate about what they do.
