Hi I had a problem with my TruCash gift card I could not have it to get its approval over several calls to TruCash and it seems no one was able to fix the problem but finally I was in the hands of a very polite and kind gentlemen I believe his name was Ben he finally took the time and had my TruCash gift card to work at a gas station.I am very grate full to Ben

These cards don't work.
Still no response from calling and emailing their customer service. I still have two $100 visa gift cards from Bell Canada that I can't use. Emailed and called months ago.
