I sent you an email and didn’t receive any help. If It doesn’t get resolved, I am going to consumer court. I have worth $4000 of TruCash gift card. You deal with Bell to get this replaced. Why am I running around?
That’s the help I get from you -
The Visa Prepaid card that you received as part of a special offer for your previous Bell services is no longer usable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please call Bell at 310-BELL (2355) to receive a replacement card in the same amount of your outstanding balance.
Update - it’s not resolved yet and Trucash flagged my comment to make it hidden. All they do is to ask me reach out to Bell

We have emailed you in response and requested information from you in order to assist you. The email you sent came after our operational hours. The directives that we have are based on the status of the cards that you have. Depending on what that is (without your card information we cannot know) you will get a credit with Bell or You can use the current card account per the instructions we will provide to you.
If you have spoken to someone in our customer service team and provided the numbers of the cards. The directive to speak with Bell is because they are to issue you the credit. This is the directive that BELL has given to us for their customers. It is not meant for you to be given the run around.
If you could please respond to the email you were sent this morning the situation can be rectified.

I am getting a run around from TruCash to go to Bell and from Bell to TruCash. I have several giftcards which can't be used anymore. I believe there is no accountability and managing company's reputation. I wonder how things work. It should be TruCash resolving the issue for us or asking them to load the card again or even provide a contact who can handle this. I have been on hold for 2 hours with numerous rep who doesn't know anything about.
What i fail to understand is that these are prepaid Visa card. How is it not working anymore?
