Update I have just emailed TruCash as they suggested below. Will update throughout process.
I do need to add I did call customer service at 18006246171 the rep extension was 263. Although she could not assist and didn’t know why the card didn’t work.
Update: I have called and emailed TruCash with no response. DO NOT TRUST THE LIES THEY PUBLISH AS AN UPDATE. I will attempt to call again. I need to see if there is a way to upload the email correspondence??
Update 2: I did just speak to a Melanie who instructed me to log in to the app and try the card again the same day it supposedly resets it…..I will let everyone know the outcome!!

There has been no response from this cardholder to our emails but by the look of her update they have been reading them at the least. This credit card is absolutely insane…
This credit card is absolutely insane I'm dealing with them 4 months to be able to use my money. And they are charging me how arrogant, charging me service fee for bringing me so much stress and frustration. Those people do not know what they're doing. This is not the way to do business in America. Today I talked with them again and finally they said okay go shop everything is set up and guess what I went to Walmart fill my cart with grocery products and go to pay and was asked for pin number that they never gave me OMG. It was terrible I was crying. I got this debit card after going to timeshare with Polo Jockey Club in Las Vegas and they gave me this card, but those are my money I left for deposit they can be sure I'm going to attend the timeshare. I think Polo Club and trucash card have interests their customers not to use this credit card and just to expired or they can take every month service fee until is gone. Terrible service I feel so hopeless and helpless to deal with those people as long as I use my hundred dollars to get rid of them I'll be so happy.

Worst Service Ever!
I called to inquire about my card.
The lady's tone of voice was not good.
After I gave her the #, she says "oh, it's cause it's a 47** number, let me look into it for you"
Okay
Then she tells me the "card is closed and file is gone"
No help, no advice, just go to the "office" which she also has no information about.
No apology, not even have a good day.
I let her know her customer service was terrible and I really hope that call was being recorded 🤨
