Quick and accurate, "Me Likeeeey!

This is one of the worst experience of life. Seeing my balance on my.account.but.experincing difficulties in accessing my money. This has been going on for 7weeks. Mentally traumatic and could not meet obligations. Moving from.one point to another. My mistake I trusted the company to leave my money. Hoping I can access it anytime.

Struggling from 15 days to withdraw cash but all the Time Card doesn’t work and contacted customer service representative numerous time and always got same reply as their system is under maintenance 24/7 15 days

If I could leave negative stars I would. Trucash is a scam and are keeping my money hostage.

Literally told me to contact the website I was already on and to chat….when I already was. She just didn’t want to help me and abruptly ended the chat. Thanks for no help JoAnn.

Update: I got a call from a manager and she did help me with my problem. Great management team but really needs some new employees on the customer facing side.

I had issues with my BonBon account and with my new card. Sandra was so helpful and followed up after she fixed things to make sure everything was working for me. Thanks Sandra!!

I received this card as a gift from a timeshare presentation in Vegas. From the moment I got it, I have been able to use it exactly 1 time without issue. Ever since then, I have had issues using this card everywhere else! Why are they issuing cards without a PIN#? Nowhere...and I mean nowhere takes this card without a PIN. When I call customer service they tell me there's no issues and it's ready to use, just to be told by the merchant it cannot. I spent so much time driving around looking for somewhere to use it that I just gave up and had to come out of pocket for gas. The customer service # is garbage! I have been calling since 9 am and it's just giving a busy tone even the international line is acting wonky. Now I don't know how much is on the card and I can't even swipe it to find out. It in no way makes up for the time we spent (31/2 hrs) and aggressive sales tactics that Westgate used once we to got inside.
All in all a completely unsatisfactory and not so worth it experience with Westgate and Trucard.

Spoke with Melanie at Trucash.com and she explained why my card was not working correctly. She also resolved the issue and helped me access all the funds towards my purchase. So - trucash.com is not a scam. It works IF You Know how the company applies its security to protect the value loaded onto the card. Thank you Melanie. You truly know you customers and how to resolve the issues.

Very suspect. probably fraudulent. Can't use my card anywhere.

Worse experience with this company if we have to talk to customer service we need a more than one hour to wait garbage service,i will never deal with them in future.

The worst company. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks. I have a Visa gift card which has been loaded by my agency for my salary, however it keeps getting declined. Nobody EVER answers the phone, or returns messages. And when I got the line always lady say to me your card sleeping what a bulshit have to activate it.. As I see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. this a fraudulent company stay away...

Absolute horrendous service. I was sent a defective card, had a replacement sent which took months. Followed the email directions for having it authorized which did not work. Called customer service about 7 times in total to get the issue fixed, which by the way has NOT WORKED. 100% scam

The card transaction was set up so complicated that it did NOT provide the convenience of using it. I will never use this card again.

Excellent customer service is what I got from Mrs Sandra,, we all need more people like her in any customer service business
