My card is not working for a long time . I was contacting their customer service via phone and email. However, no help was received . I was promised several time to get a phone call from them, but nothing happened. The sad and unacceptable part is that I am unable to use my own money, they are simply locked and i do not have any help and any explanation from them. I would never recommend their services to anyone. This is my worst experience with financial institution

I was given a $100 gift card from a resort to listen to their promotion in October. Just attempted to use this card on Sunday at BJs and would not go through. Attempted to contact company try ash and keeps ringing and ringing. Left message for return call without being contacted. It is a scam!

spent HOURS trying to get my card to work ONLY to have them reduce it by HALF from $280 to $140. ROBBERS and CROOKS...avoid these out of the country scammers

Recycled my old iphone over a month ago and have been fighting this company ever since to activate my card. Ive called five times and i'm always told "our system is down, please leave us your information and will call you back", but no one ever does. although I reach people, no one seems to know what's going on or what to do...it's been over a month : (

absolutly pathetic i got the card from selling my phone at the mobile klinic for 400 and ive had to call twice casue my card declines ive been able to use $125 of the 400 so far but as of right now its declining every where even tho i have a balance of 275 this is the worst prepaid card ive ever owned...id just love to use my money if i could possibly do so without declining!!!!

Tech problems, not user friendly, worthless customer service (if you ca get through)

Both agents I dealt with this week, one via email and one via phone tried hard to find an old card/number of mine that had been misplaced, one agent finding it via an old address of mine from 10 years ago and is reissuing card for me ....great service..very accommodating, prompt and professional..!! thank you kindly....only had the odd issue using it a few years ago at a couple retail outlets.....it wouldnt swipe otherwise great incentive....

Probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with trying to get a card activated. I’ve sent countless emails and have stayed on hold for hours, just to get hung up on. This seems to be a common issue as I’m reading the reviews. Trucash, do better.

Same issue as most reviews the card gets declined. The few times I actually was able to speak to someone I was told the card would work now. I try to use it and again DECLINED. It's frustrating and embarrassing at the store. I use it as a credit card and follow all the do and don'ts explained the first time it was declined. I have left my name and number 3 different times with no call back. I have a $71 balance and tried to purchase something for $56 and of course it was declined. I called and checked the balance an hour before the transaction and still declined.

After my review Melanie Dickins contacted me. She was very helpful and after a few emails I was actually able to use the card. I don't know what the company's internal problem is but it needs addressed. I give Melanie 5 stars but 3 at best for the company. It was not a pleasant experience.

If I could give 0 star I would. I have a balance but I have to call before I use or my charge gets declined. And they have very limited hours. Have to hold forever to speak to someone. This is a scam company. I guess they hope you will not use the balance so they can keep it. I have $90.00 left on it but can’t access it. They closed at 12:30 on the Friday before Christmas.

I have a visa prepaid debit card issued by TruCash. The card has been declined numerous times. The card currently has a positive balance. What is wron?

I have 250.00 dollars on my trucash visa and every time I go to use it it is declined! Then I make a phone call to them and it might work the same day only! This is the worst experience I've ever had! I don't reccomend any company to purchase as a incentive or prize!

My pre-paid visa is not working. Tried contacting toll free number, but long wait, so tried leaving message but the mail box is full so won't be able to leave message. Please help to reach them. You can reach me on 416-432-1144.

Had some issues trying to activate my card online but Sandra on chat helped me in just a few seconds!

Not satisfied with the service. At first they were so helpful and activate my card on first call. But now whenever i tried to withdraw money. It shows you have exceeded the total limit. Now, am unable to withdraw my cash from my account
