I ordered a 1/18 Replicas 1955 Fangio. It came to me with the wheels broken off, it was still sealed, but I could see through the clear plastic case. I took photos of the damage through the sealed plastic case and contacted the company to report how I received it. They have no communication with me through email, I have to communicate through their chat feature on their site. I was informed that I had to pay to send it back to them, which was $87.85. After receiving my broken model they did nothing. I had to contact again and the said that they received it and if I wanted to pay to have it sent back. I already am paying too much for this product, and have no assurance it won’t be broken again. I asked for my money back, which I haven’t heard a word from them. So I contacted my credit card company to get my money back. This company has no communication. And then they send me something to rate them on in Italian. When you deal with other countries, please respond in their language, it would make things easier. I am extremely disappointed, thus the one star.

La mía esperienza é stata molto soddisfacente, ha il piú nuovo e ad un buon Prezzo, le spedizione sono molto buone e soddisfano le mie aspettative, l´unica cosa che manca é che fose in lingua spagnola, aiuterebbe noi acquirenti latini compliment.

Ich habe 2 Modelle bestellt, welche allerdings falsch versendet wurden. Das bestelle Modell war anschließend nicht mehr verfügbar. Statt also einfach zu kommunizieren und die Bestellung für beide Parteien unkompliziert zu stornieren, würden mir 2 andere Modelle zugesendet. Nach mehreren Versuchen der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer habe ich das Problem über den Paypal Käuferschutz lösen lassen müssen, da der Verkäufer nie geantwortet hat...
Auch die Rückzahlung hat nach der Rücksendung immer noch 3 Wochen gedauert.

On Monday, March 25, 2024, my order #4119 for the F430 was confirmed and I paid the price including shipping. Request for delivery in days May 4, May 12, May 16, May 30, June 13, June 25, July 2, September 5, 2024.
The model has not been delivered to this moment.

Absolutely no customer service! The store can't be bothered to inform you about the changes in your order. The don't reply on emails. Waiting fir my order 9 months now and they keep saying it will be at the start of new year, after April, late summer, 100% end of August. We are in September now and I'm still waiting.

Ho comprato un modellino a febbraio 2024 è arrivata una notifica che era stata spedita a maggio 2024 non è mai stata consegnata. Ho scritto la prima volta e mi ha detto che era ancora un pre ordine senza fornirmi eventuali dettagli della consegna, la seconda volta sempre la stessa risposta dopo un mese, ieri ho scritto per il rimborso, visto che è passato 1 mese ancora, ma non ha mai risposto. Si è fatto 120 euro così. Sconsigliato

The models are ok, but I consider absolutely unaceptable the delivery time. I had to wait one month plus one week just to get the confirmation that my purchase was on its way. During that time I had zero info about what was going on. I asked by mail a couple of times and the only answer I had was "next week" once and again. Far wide below the standards.

Ware ist bezahlt und wird nie verschickt, erst über Beschwerde bei Paypal bekommt man sein Geld zurück. Bei Fragen über alle Medien wird nicht geantwortet obwohl es gelesen wurde. Diese Antwort des Händlers war klar, ich habe nicht schnell den Kauf abgebrochen, ich habe acht Wochen gewartet und danach bekam man keine Antworten mehr.

Aucun problème de l'achat à la réception. Je recommande.
