Best in the business!!
Fantastic company! I’ve used Triple crown model store now constantly for about 18 months, the service is fantastic, great communication, competitive pricing and every purchase has arrived so well packaged I’ve never had an issue or worry with a model arriving damaged or faulty. Highly recommended for all things F1 models!!

Terrible customer service
Ordered a 1:18 Ferrari SF71h 6 weeks ago, still not been dispatched and despite trying to contact multiple times I have received no updates from them regarding it, but they’re happy to have the money for it.

Customer refunded with no hard feelings.

In September of 2024 triple crown…
In September of 2024 triple crown shipped me a bbr model that I preordered in 2023
for $675. Over 7 months later the package never arrived and triple crown refuses to refund me or ship me a new model. They never even tried to contact the shipping company. Triple crown are at this point ignoring me, and leaving me out my $675. There are plenty of honest places to buy model cars, but triple crown is not one of them. This store does not care if their customers get screwed. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Another frustrated customer. He bought several times from us. Now with a problem not depending on us leaves a review by his frustration. Congrats.

Sadly my order through their website sat unprocessed. No reply to any contact.
Managed to get refund through PayPal dispute.
Recommend you avoid.
Edit:
The seller’s response to this review tells you all you need to know.
