Very very bad.

I ordered a few items, paid for it, never received them, no response whatsoever.

Happily I made payment through PayPal so I was able to retrieve the money I paid.

Again, very very bad.

Nel catalogo sono presenti tanti modelli e i prezzi proposti sono molto concorrenziali.
Personalmente ho acquistato diverse volte e continuerò a farlo.
Packaging, cordialità e disponibilità sono all'ordine del giorno.
Ogni modellino che ho acquistato è arrivato in maniera perfetta!

Ma commande #4180 du 9 avril ne m'a toujours pas été livrée et je n'ai aucune réponse. Ni à mes mails, ni sur le chat !!!

Ordered from Belgium. The product ordered was no longer available and was replaced by another with my agreement, but I was also disappointed not to receive the product I had hoped for. A few weeks later (6!), the supplier contacted me again to inform me that the product I had hoped for had just arrived, without my asking. Of course I placed the order and I'm doubly happy. Thank you so much!

I have bought several models from Triple Crown and each time it has been a pleasant experience. They are always very responsive and helpful.

Company does not care about customers.
I bought a fast and furious diecast 1/24 scale on the 1st of March of 2024 and after several emails and window chat u still dont have what i paid for.
Sent a email for a refund and still nothing.
What kind of people are running this company? They simply dont care.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IN THIS SELLER.

Ordered a WW2 Mercedes staff car. They sent the wrong one. The one I ordered was back and grey. The one they sent me was all black. I emailed them to explain they had made a mistake but they haven’t got back to me. Not happy at all.

I ordered on this website 3 weeks ago now and still haven’t received anything! I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram and I’ve had no contact whatsoever from anyone. Will soon be forced to raise this with the bank and report.

UPDATE:
I have commented on their Facebook and Instagram and they have deleted my comments within the hour! Shame their customer service is appalling and I can’t get a reply as quickly as they can delete my comments. Will be reporting them for fraud.

La spedizione è stata veloce e tutto è stato imballato alla perfezione, il modellino è arrivato in condizioni perfette.
Ordinato giovedì 21 marzo è arrivato oggi giovedì 28.
Totalmente consigliato, soprattutto perché il negozio risponde a qualsiasi domanda su disponibilità e spedizione in tempi brevi, volendo anche scrivendo sull’account instagram.
Venditore molto disponibile quindi a qualsiasi domanda e molto veloce e affidabile.

Een paar keer via de site reactie gehad dat het in backorder stond
Nu bijna een jaar later word er niet meer gereageerd op de mail
Zelfs niet op de mail waarin ik mijn geld terug vraag
Jammer dat er zo met klanten word om gegaan …

I ordered over 2 months ago and still hasn't arrived. Triple Crown Model Store doesn't write back and leaving us with no choice but to wait. No asking for refunds and not even reading what we tell them! It just shows a tracking website that the status doesn't change! Still haven't received it yet. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TRIPLE CROWN MODEL STORE

2 weeks after the order, still waiting for the delivery. I have been sent a link which leads to a dead end with the sipping company (unknown parcel number)
And when making requests by email, I am being told that this is not the company problem, it's been delivered to the shipment company....so furious, I can just recommend not to buy anything from this company

No information received on status of order 3 weeks after order and even after two reminder mails

In summary the transaction failed and the website told me the car was out of stock.

3 weeks later they shipped the car with no communication or notice. I told them I no longer needed it, and they refused to arrange collection or return of the car. I shipped the car back to them and they agreed to issue a full refund.

As soon as they received the model car they stopped responding to emails and they still haven't processed the refund 2 weeks later, even after receiving the car back.

27/02/24 - UPDATE:

In the end the seller organised a partial refund of £68 out of £90, via PayPal given the delays through the bank -> I can see that the owner and business is very passionate about the models they sell, and some of what happened was through a technical issue with their website - so not directly anyone's fault.

I wish it could have been resolved quicker, but at least they've done the right thing now.

If you are buying, just be aware that sometimes there can be delays and if you need to return the item it might not be too straightforward - but if you're ok with this then I can honestly say that Triple Crown are decent to deal with.
