Esperienza pessima, da evitare!
Ordine del 22/12/24: due modelli 1:18, Ferrari 312B3 “Spazzaneve” (pre-ordine) e Ferrari 125C Press Version. La 312 arriva da sola il 15/02/25 dopo mesi di silenzio. Della 125C nessuna traccia.
Scrivo varie volte via WhatsApp dal sito: zero risposte. A fine estate li ricontatto di nuovo via WA (in Inglese): finalmente si scusano e parte la spedizione il 2/9/25.
Arriva il pacco. Indovinate? Modello sbagliato. Mi mandano una Ferrari 125S, sigla simile ma completamente diversa da quella acquistata.
Segnalo subito l’errore via WhatsApp ed email: silenzio totale.
Nessuna assistenza, nessuna soluzione, nessuna dignità professionale.
Sconsigliatissimi!

Purtroppo ha questo sito mancano le basi della civiltà,i proprietari/servizio clienti sono maleducati e ti trattano come uno zerbino che tu sia cliente o meno .
Ho chiesto un semplicissimo reso di un articolo e per questo mi hanno bloccato

Dreadful customer service and not to be trusted! I pre-ordered a 1/2 scale helmet 8 months ago and paid in full, but despite many promises the item was never posted. Finally, I requested a refund after noticing the item was available in stock on their website and they are now ignoring my emails. I can only conclude from such dreadful customer service that this company is a bunch of dishonest scammers and would recommend that anyone thinking about buying from them does so with extreme caution. I lost €230 and have no come back because they don’t accept PayPal. I WONDER WHY??

Don't buy from them. I placed an order in June, I've written to them several times, and they haven't responded. They don't accept PayPal, so there's no way to file a claim. They've scammed me out of more than €80. I've asked them to exchange one model for another since it seems it's not going to be available, but they haven't replied.

Ma commande #6224 du 10 juillet 2025 ne m'a toujours pas été livrée et je n'ai aucune réponse, ni à mes mails, ni sur le chat, ni en commentant leurs post facebook. J'ai acheté un modèle réduit dont l'original appartenait à mon père et je leur demande juste des news pour savoir si ça arrivera avant mars (l'anniversaire de mon père). Je ne suis quand même pas exigeant niveau délai !

MAJ : j'ai enfin reçu une réponse il y a une semaine, m'informant que le remboursement était en cours, sans la moindre explication (à la base, je demandais juste des news, pas un remboursement). Bref, ce magasin a vraiment un gros problème de communication et de comportement...

25/01/2026: le magasin m'ayant remboursé, me demande de modifier mon avis. Bah, je ne vois pas ce que ça change à mon expérience, d'autant qu'ils ont unilatéralement annulé la commande et remboursé sans même un mot d'excuse et d'explication, et après des mois sans information.

Placed 2 orders 6467 & 6473 on Oct 1st and Oct 2nd.

It's been over a week but no tracking information.

Tried to contact them via their Website Chat & Email but no reply for two days.

This is my first time trying to purchase from their website. No matter the quality of their models, their customer service already gave me a very bad experience.

Hope their staff could value the comments here and improve their service.

Customer Service disappeared again. NO MONEY REFUNDED and models cars didn't received!!!Order 6191.

placed an order via their website and used a discount code which worked, the order crashed so re did the order and forgot the code, so messaged and was told the code didnt work on what i was ordering, despite sending them a screen shot showing the code applied and discount received, instead of honouring it, they cancelled my order, deactivated my code and told me not to come back that i was too much trouble and they decide who to sell to. shocking customer service.

I recently bought a GP Replicas 1/12 scale Jody Scheckter Ferrari from Triple Crown ModelStore. It arrived quickly and their packaging is exceptional. The model was in a cardboard box, which was securely wrapped with rigid protection around it, which was then inside a bigger cardboard box with bubble wrap around it. Top marks to them!

Ho fatto l'ordine del modellino Ferrari 499P Hypercar AF CORSE N*83 2024 1:43 - Le Mans - BBurago × 1, in data 17 giugno 2025, non l'ho mai ricevuto. Ho chiesto spiegazioni più volte tramite mail. A parte una in cui mi si diceva che era stato consegnato, ma non c'era tracciatura alle poste, non mi è stato più risposto. Sconsiglio questo store, il rischio di perdere i soldi è alto.

Aucun professionnalisme. Mets des semaines a livrer des articles en stock, ne réponds pas aux mails...
La seule façon d'obtenir sa commande est de faire un litige PayPal

I pre-ordered a model 8 monthes before it was produced. I received it as soon as it was available. Excellent seller, excellent communication. Grande grazie ! I will order again for sure !
