Mum and I were looking for a new sofa for her. We were greeted by Paul one of the owners who was very friendly and not pushy.
He chatted to us patiently and he was very helpful without being too much. We chose one which has a 6 week delivery, faster than a lot of places and also made in the UK.
It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Josh and the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The bed arrived on time as promised, and the delivery drivers were professional and polite. Great service all around and I would definately use this company again!

Ordered corner sofa in grey when came wrong colour ask to take back as wife was not happy josh sorted it out went above to be honest when rang them up lady on the phone didn't care about things Paul came across strong but stopped him in his tracks we got the new sofa wife really please with I must say there was nothing wrong with it just wrong colour now we got right colour and happy wife happy life and big thank U to josh

We went to Trio for a headboard - we asked Rich for help - he immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to us. He politely and patiently answered our questions - 75+ brains don’t deal with new information quickly! Rich found us just what we wanted, took it to the counter, processed our order and then popped our purchase in the car! Customer service as it should be - All done with courtesy and cheerfulness - thank you Rich!

Come in looking for a sofa, a kind gentleman come to use asking if we needed help at the time we was still looking over the wide range they had in stock after a while we come to our decision when we asked for me information I.e colours etc we walk talked through everything and down to the possibilities of rearranging the Sofa with fitment to make it fit our space better. The service we was given was 100% we even got a table and chairs also we was offered same day delivery also 👌

Just received a Hypnos mattress from Trio absolutely amazing the mattress is so comfortable best nights sleep in years. The service from trio was second to none, so helpful. The delivery was amazing the guys very helpful and accommodating as we live in a first floor flat. Highly recommmend Trio in Telford

We have always used Trio for all our furniture and carpets.

Product is nice, but had to chase a delivery date. Phoned twice. Was told I’d receive a phone call/message half an hour before delivery…I didn’t receive one, and item (velvet chair) was delivered without any protective cover or packaging. Fortunately there were no marks on it. So although I’m pleased with the product I probably won’t be ordering from Trio again. Sorry.

Popped into Trio today for some Lino and could not have asked for a better service from Val. Got exactly what I wanted and a bargain to. We always come here for our sofas but they have everything you could ask for for your house at insane prices.

We were looking for a bed base as we had already brought a new mattress,,I have to say Rich went above and beyond to help us he is a credit to Trio!! Will definitely be going back and will be asking for Rich’s help!! Excellent purchase and service.
