Excellent software and even better customer service.

They charged me 85 for a month. Saying it's unlimited usage. Now after 159 hours of transcribe and a day later they blocked my service. Saying they can block me anytime if they feel like, no refund, no notice nothing. Just straight block right after charging. Thn what does unlimited mean.

Transcription software and devices have come a long way since the early days when a person required tapes and machines. I love the software, and the quality is good enough for me. Thanks, Trint!

I love many parts of this tool, however the downside has been the issue of poor translation with accents. Working within the transcript is klunky. Also for some reason, language choice changed to Spanish and I did not notice till it was done... Other than that it is fantastic.

Trint is an amazing tool that really makes my communications work easier! And the fact that it has so many languages is perfect for a multinational environment like the European Union institutions.

This has made my multimedia job so much easier! I've saved a ton of time, which frees me up to focus on being as creative as possible with my video storytelling. A great, great tool.

As a journalist, podcast host, and author, I don't know how I ever functioned before Trint.com. It has saved me 100s of hours of trying to transcribe my interviews. More importantly, with Trint, I don't have to be distracted by taking copious notes. I am able to focus on what my sources are saying, then quickly review my "notes" on Trint. Most amazing of all, I can click anywhere on the transcript and immediately hear the audio at that exact spot.

When the audio is clear, this software works like a dream. It transcribes then I merely listen and make a correction here or there when editing the document for my boss. I used to do transcription manually with the transcription machine, foot pedal, etc, so I am grateful that speech recognition software has come so far. No more achy hands for me.

It's hard to review Trint because the transcription itself and speed are pretty good, but the payment options are terrible. There are months when I transcribe 30 minutes of audio and others when I transcribe several hours worth, but in both cases I pay the same amount. I've sadly decided to leave Trint and use another service because of this. If the company went back to the old structure with multiple payment options, I would gladly stay. It's too bad!

For me, Trint has been like having a goto virtual assistant. We record video podcasts, webinars, trainings and edit them for our clients, and we are also asked to edit older content and make it "new content".

Using Trint has been immensely helpful.

We'll also use Trint it to transcribe our own content brainstorming sessions which allows us the freedom to let our thoughts flow, and then go back and edit it into content.

I like Trint's ease of use, I wish that the frequently used dictionary worked a bit better but other than that, I do like it.

I needed to transcribe a 40-minute interview because it's important that I create content that is accessible to all. However, 40 minutes is a huge amount of audio to transcribe manually. I found this tool easy to use, intuitive, with a high level of accuracy, AND it's just gorgeous to look at. I can see that the Trint team cared a lot about the quality of the tool from multiple angles - the actual utility, the user experience, even the integration with Premiere Pro. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone who needs to transcribe videos for marketing or other purposes.

Fast, first class service, does exactly what it says on the Trint.

I forgot to cancel a plan in time (I really just wanted the seven-day free trial to transcribe two recordings) and got a shock when the money went off my account for a monthly prescription I can't really afford right now. I explained my situation to Trint and they provided a full refund immediately. Thanks, Trint. Will definitely use your services again in the future.

Easy to use. Sometimes the transcription isn't 100% accurate, but it's the closest I've found for a reasonable price. My job is based on transcribed interviews, so the ease of being able to track through each interview for accuracy is extremely satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Extremely annoyed and disappointed the pay-as-you-go option has been discontinued with hardly any notice and with it I've lost all my prepaid minutes. I find it very unimpressive to treat loyal customers this way.

Great customer service + transcription.

Very bad experience.
They offered an innovative service that didn't evolve in time. Today there are much better alternatives, in terms of both results and costs.
They switched my account from a monthly plan to a pay-as-you-go plan, on my request and then... they decided to terminate the pay-as-you-go plan.
This is ok, you'll think...
Well, it is not.
They did not let you consume the remaining, and already paid, credits.
They simply decided that if you didn't use your credits, you're not eligible to keep using them.
I found out about this change only today, by checking my spam folder, where they sent few emails about this changes.
Not a banner on their site, not an alert, nothing.
I have over 4 hours, unused, that I will lost forever.
But that's onlu my problem, right?
Support totally uncollaborative, masking themself behind "this is our company policy", take it.
Yes. They took my money and no service back.

Being a freelance-science-writer, trint saves my live. It takes away the tedious work and I can concentrate on the important part of my work: the story!

Dear Trint
Thank you for your product. A product I found extremely useful, I just have one problem. I used a trial to make a small educational youtube video for my father (he is a teacher) during corona so that he could teach his students online. In this process I used your software to structure the video (so two documents). Now I have been charged €528.00 for a year. A year of subscription I in no way can afford.

I wrote you more then 24 hours ago, and honestly the support reviews you have here, on Trustpilot, troubles me. Having a support center to call to, or at least that ones email is answered before 24 hours would have made this experience feel more comfortable and safe.
