Smiths Carpets and Flooring Arvostelua

Following an appalling experience with a previous supplier & fitter of luxury vinyl tiles we called Trevor in and he restored our faith in the industry! First class - from initial advice, to showroom support, to the fitting team that attended. Would recommend without hesitation

From choosing the carpet to the final fitting we were impressed with the service. We could not fault any part of this purchase and thank the staff in the showroom and the carpet fitters, We will certainly recommend Trevor Smith Carpets in the future

A really professional service from start to finish. Trevor visited the property to measure up and I was able to browse samples. There was lots of helpful advice to help me choose the right carpet for my needs. The fitting service was prompt. The fitters were very polite and thoughtful whilst in the property.

Simply very good from start to finish - cannot fault them, and would not hesitate to recommend. Helpful and courteous staff in the showroom. Fast and efficient quotation process. Transparent and simple ordering process. Good communication, and a faultless and helpful fitting experience. Very pleased!

Excellent service. Great choice of flooring. Loved the fact you could bring samples home to see in your own lighting. Bit of blip on fitting day but these things happen and was sorted the following day. Fitter himself was amazing worked so hard. Thank you everyone

Fantastic service from the minute we visited the show room to the flooring being fitted, the fitters of the laminate & carpet were excellent, will be back to sort out rest of flooring we want done. Thank you to a brilliant team all round

Very efficient company and good value for money. The carpet fitted arrived early and did a very good job and cleared up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this company

Excellent service from the first enquiry to the final fitting. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Good communication throughout the process and excellent choice of quality products. A positive experience. Thank you.

I am delighted with the workmanship of the carpet fitters who fitted two bedroom carpets with precision and obvious skill. I would like to recommend Trevor Smith flooring as customer friendly with fast delivery of product in a no nonsense way.
Thankyou so much.

When I moved home I asked on fb for a local company because I prefer to use small local businesses. Everyone said use Trevor Smith & i’m so glad I did.
Right from the moment I contacted Trevor & the team everything was amazing. I have never been reassured so much. As a paralysed parent I needed certain requirements & trevor listened & understood.
My house looks beautiful & the fitters were brilliant.
From Trevor, Ian, Brian & Phillippa to the fitters you will experience a service that is second to none
Cannot recommend enough & will be sharing with friends & family.

Couldn’t have been happier with the service from Trevor Smith Carpets. I was greeted when I entered the shop which put me at ease. A kind gentlemen helped me in choosing laminate and carpet for my home.

We received a great service both in store and keeping us informed prior to installation. We are very pleased with the fitting of the laminate and will certainly use Trevor Smith again.

Fantastic service from our visit to the show room to the fitting of our lovely new bedroom carpet! Thanks to all concerned for making this transaction a very pleasant experience! Will definitely be coming back soon! 🙂

I cannot praise Trevor Smith Carpets enough. I have been a customer for several years and have always been very pleased with their service, the quality of the carpets and flooring I've bought and the fitting of same. My latest venture was to purchase new flooring for my bathroom and I am sooooooooo pleased with it. I recommend Trevor Smith Carpets to everyone. They've never let me down, always been courteous and very helpful and I get a great job done for a very good price. Thank you All

I found Trevor Smith Carpets on line and liked the idea of a long-standing family run company - and I wasn't disappointed. We needed to have flooring put down at very short notice in our new home before we could move anything in. A home visit was arranged, we were given some good advice on the best options for us, placed an order and fitting was arranged very quickly. One element of the fitting had been overlooked - one of the upstairs doors didn't properly clear the new carpets. We raised this issue late in the evening by text - and first thing the following morning, it was rectified at no extra charge. We then had a courtesy call asking if we were satisfied with our flooring. This, to me, is always a sign of a company that cares. They had our money, the job was done - many companies would consider that the end of the matter, but a courtesy call said to me 'we are grateful for your custom, and we want to make sure you were happy with it'. That, to me, is going the extra mile, which is why I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor Smith Carpets to anyone who asks. The flooring looks lovely, and the whole process - from initial appointment to fitting of the flooring - happened in little over a week. An extremely positive experience, great customer service. Highly recommended.

guys were understanding with the fact they were working in a care home flooring looks great would definately recommend
