Smiths Carpets and Flooring Arvostelua

I absolutely love these guys! It's the second time we have used them, over 2 properties and their service is second to none. Really friendly staff, huge range of really good quality carpets and flooring, experienced and super efficient fitters. Not one single way I can fault them. If you don't use them, you need your head read!

Found Trevor Smith recently and have had 3 rooms carpeted separately, after doing an amazing job with our awkward loft and stairs. I couldn't recommend their fitters enough. Just had two more rooms done by them and equally an amazing job. Left spotless. Ian in the shop has been helpful from start to finish, with helping me find a carpet which would last and also fit my budget. No pushy sales, just knowledge and experience. Will be going back and have recommended to family.

This was our first experience with Smiths flooring in Weston-Super-Mare and was not disappointed, from Ian in the showroom and right through to the fitters of our bedroom carpet. The showroom had an excellent choice of carpets and Ian was knowledgeable and very patient. The fitters turned up at the time arranged and the carpet laid. Overall the level of customer service was first class with Ian checking several days later on our satisfaction with our purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great service as always. Would not buy carpet from anywhere else.

We had a fantastic experience with Smiths Flooring and Homewares. We were very fussy in choosing a flooring company and had visited several suppliers before finding Smiths Flooring. Our new home was a completely blank canvas and we had absolutely no idea where to start with all the options. We walked in and met Ian who was very friendly and helpful and immediately put us at ease. We knew we'd found the right company right away. Ian then showed us all the options within our price range and guided us through the entire process with lots of phone conversations and advice; keeping us up to date the whole time. We chose Engineered Oak flooring in the living room, a stair runner with rods and wool carpet throughout the first floor. Steve, the chosen fitter was very friendly, very efficient and an incredibly tidy worker. He was a pleasure to have in our new home. We're delighted with every aspect of the products and the immaculate installation. We can not recommend Smiths Flooring highly enough!

A professional and excellent service.
We were allowed to take samples home before making a decision.
Meaauring up and final advice was excellent.
Laminate floor fitter, Nick, was very professional and his work was to a very high standard. Carpet fitter was also very good but did not get his name.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Today,Steve fitted a bedroom carpet for me.A superb job.I was really pleased. He turned up on time, fitted the carpet, trimmed the door and cleared up after himself.
Couldn't have asked for a better tradesman.Thank you Steve.

On top of things and very helpful. Willing to match prices on quotes. The floor is perfectly fitted in one day and although the colour is different from the example strip we have, we are very happy with it.

Vinyl flooring for kitchen. This is 4th time had carpets and Vinyl from trevor smiths in few years. Always been helpful in showroom, plenty of choice and competitively priced. Wouldn't go any where else. Excellent fitter for kitchen, laid boarding and Vinyl. Am very pleased

I cannot praise this company highly enough. From the first visit to choose my carpet right through to fitting. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you Trevor Smith carpets and flooring

We have had Trevor to carpet our whole house over a few years. From showroom to fit everything was perfect. Staff very helpful and cheery, communication excellent as was the fitter. What a job in the heatwave!!! Thank you all until next carpet.

Pleasant experience from showroom visit to fitting. Nice work Trevor Smith Carpets!

Great experience dealing with this company. The showroom staff are helpful and friendly and I never felt pressured to overspend my tight budget.
The fitter they organised was superbly skilled and and I’m extremely happy with the finish.

Trevor has now completed our whole house, upstairs and down, carpet and laminate. He and his team have completely transformed our house. Over the moon with the workmanship.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quality products at sensible prices and brilliant fitters.
First class business.

We had our stairs, landing and bedroom carpets replaced by Trevor Smith and cannot speak highly enough of the service from the initial visit to the show room through to installation. Everything was done to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the result.

Really quick service they measured up quoted and fitted here very quickly,
The choice of carpets was fantastic and they really helped us keep on budget and suggested a really hard wearing carpet that didn’t break the bank and they didn’t try and sell us overly pricy products.
Service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, from quote to order through to delivery and fitting I found the show room team really easy to deal with super helpfull and polite staff.
The carpet fitters did our whole block of flats in just over 2 days, talk about warp speed fitting!!
The carpets were really well fitted and look great.
Our residents couldn’t be more pleased they love the colour and choice.
Thanks again A+++ job.
