Je tiens à prévenir les voyageurs (es) qu'il y a une vendeuse à l'aéroport de Rabat qui au moment d'acheter les produits style huile de soin etc... elle vous fait essayer les testeurs puis au moment d'acheter le flacon, elle prend le testeur et le flacon neuf et quand elle vous encaisse, elle place le testeur dans votre sac. je l'ai surprise a le faire , je m'en suis plainte au service client ça fait 3 mois, je n'ai aucunes nouvelles. Alors méfiez vous

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report an attempted scam by your saleswoman at Rabat Airport.
When I entered the shop, the saleswoman went into the shop on the left, and I had to call her to be served. She had seen me arrive.
She had me smell a product and then tried to put the tester in the bag instead of the actual product when I made the purchase. I had to tell her to put the correct bottle in the bag. She said, “Yes, it’s fine,” and I had to insist, saying, “No, it’s this one that I have just taken from the shelf.”
Then I had to ask for my change, which she tried to keep. She told me that she had put it in the bag, but it was not there. She therefore had to reopen the cash register to give me my change.
I was also entitled to a promotional code, which she refused to apply.
In short, I am extremely disappointed.
I also contacted customer service and still have not received any response.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and get back to me.

Je tiens à signaler la tentative d'arnaque de votre vendeuse aéroport de Rabat.
En allant dans la boutique, la vendeuse est allée dans la boutique de gauche et j'ai du l'appeler pour me faire servir.
Elle m'avait vu arriver.
Elle m'a fait sentir un produit puis a tenter de mettre le testeur à la place du produit lors de l'achat.
J'ai du lui dire de mettre le bon flacon
Elle m'a oui c'est bon et j'ai du insister pour dire non c'est celui ci que je viens de prendre sur l'étagère.

Et puis j'ai du reclamer ma monnaie qu'elle a tenté de garder. Elle m'a dit l'avoir mis dans le sac mais il n'en n'était rien. Elle a donc rouvert la caisse pour me rendre ma monnaie.
J'avais aussi droit un code de promo qu'elle n'a pas voulu appliquer

Bref
Je suis extrêmement déçue.

Et j'ai contacté le service client et tjs pas de nouvelles
