Trent Bridge Surveyors Arvostelua

Helpful and informative, survey showed pictures of areas that were discussed in the survey for a clear reference point. Surveyor was available to answer questions that had before and after the survey took place.

Cheap price
Highly recommended
The surveyor informed us when he finished inspection. Informed us the defects.
He did the great job.

The survey was easy to arrange and the service was efficient .
The survey is detailed and clearly set out .Both oral and written feedback was promptly provided .
Would recommend this company.

Everyone that we spoke to at Trent Bridge Surveyors was very helpful. They were very accommodating to our needs as we were limited to when we could have the survey take place. Imtiaz gave us loads of advice on how to take care of the property we are buying and the changes we should make to it. If we buy another property in Nottingham we wouldn't hesitate to use Trent Bridge Surveyors again, they were also one of the most reasonably priced for the service we had.

Excellent service
Very happy with Surveyor. Competitive price for level 3 survey which was also organised promptly. Very good communication throughout and a comprehensive report was received within a couple of days as promised. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Easy process of booking the survey and managed to get the survey carried out within a few days of booking. Imtiaz called me the day he completed the survey to give me a summary of the findings and then I received the full report a few days later. Very thorough and informative report with pictures included. Also easy to get in touch with for any concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend!

Fast survey results, legit company. Would recommend. They keep you up to date with your survey and progress. Imtiaz was the handler of my case.

Imtiaz did his job really great and fast.
Good communication. Responsive to emails and calls.
Would recommend!

Was informed I would receive report within 3 working days....surveyor then moved the gold posts to 4 working days maybe!!. When you need report and want to react quickly on findings this is not good enough. Am buying multiple houses atm will not use again as clearly not reliable and do not do what they say. In the housing market fast reliable service is a must so would not recommend this company. Telephone number given to queries not at all helpful very dismissive
There was nothing rcvd before 5pm Friday? Maybe you could send screen shot of date and time? I mentioned 4 days because the surveyor himself said 3 to 4 working days. When I stated the claim was for report within 3 days he said not always possible
Maybe check what has been said before uou repl

With Trent Bridge Surveyors, they were quick to book an appointment and quick to do the report - a valuable thing when you want to move on a sale. Imtiaz even did a second visit for me within the price because the vendor left the loft access closed. I spoke to Imtiaz at several points and he was able to give me as much information as I could have reasonably have expected on all the points raised.

Excellent service provided, easy to book and the survey report was ready in four days. Strongly recommended!!!!

Great communication from Imitaz. Very thorough in his work and very informative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend and a great price to pay for a Level 3 RICS Survey

Top quality service and very competitively priced

We had a Level 2 survey.
From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The team were very helpful when arranging the survey and Imtiaz goes above and beyond. He called after the survey to discuss some minor problems and we had the report within a few days. It was well presented and easy to read.
Would highly recommend this service.

Reliable and easily accessible do discuss report.

Imtiaz provides a very good service. He met me at the property I was looking to purchase and highlighted the areas of concern. He then provided a report within 4 days. Thank you

We carried out a Level 3 Survey.
Imtiaz was very helpful through this process, spoke to me multiple times via phone to clarify issues and give advice. I couldn't recommend this company and Imtiaz enough to get your home survey.
The report is great and easy to understand, the survey took place in the same week we booked it, and the report followed promptly 3 days later.

Other than a few typos, the prompt survey and clear report, including a follow up call with the surveyor have assured me well.

Excellent, search carried out quickly. Report received just a few days after

Was able to speak to surveyor after survey was complete. Questions answered on some points of concern.
