Trent Bridge Surveyors Arvostelua

Trent Bridge Surveyors & in particular Imtiaz, are highly recommended by us. He recently carried out a level 3 structual building survey for us. And he was very thorough left no stone left unturned.
Unfortunatly his findings, that it needed a new roof, outside walls pointing , there was damp in 3 downstairs walls, it looked like the damp proof course had failed, the windows were over 10 yrs old, had stiff handles, poor insulation tape & the main bedroom window did not meet current fire & safety legistration, as the opening was not big enough to escape through.
It was a long list of faults & Unfortunatly we decided to cut our losses & walk away!!

We are already looking for another property to buy & will not hesitate to use Imtiaz at Trench Bridge Surveyors again .
Highly recommended to all & thank you!

Taz was an amazing professional who supported us throughout this process. Worth the money, very professional, proactive communication and our report was sent to us within two working days. Brilliant service will highly recommend to anyone!!

Great company. Quick and reasonable prices.

From start to finish I received an excellent and professional service from Trent Bridge Surveyors. The end result of my Levél 3 survey was extremely informative and worth every penny spent. The discussion afterwards also helped to understand and clarify the findings. I would 100% recommend.

Had a level 3 survey conducted on a house I'd had an offer accepted on. The survey was really thorough and highlighted an number of issues that were going to be expensive to fix. The survey led the offer being reduced by £10,000. Can't thank Trent Bridge Surveyors enough.

Had a really positive experience with Trent Bridge Surveyors. After a lot of research I decided to use this company to complete a level 3 survey for me. Imtiaz completed my survey and report which was very detailed and comprehensive. It was clear he left no stone unturned in the property! Imtiaz was also very helpful with a couple of phone calls to talk things through with me so I fully understood the findings in the report. I can't thank him enough. I'll be recommending to friends and family.

We were very happy with the survey service provided. The report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand, and communication throughout the process was professional and helpful. We appreciated the thoroughness and quick turnaround, which helped us make informed decisions with confidence. Thank you for the excellent service.

Trend Bridge Surveyors is very professional. Their response is very quick. They carried out the survey very detail, telling you everything they inspected and point out what you need to be aware of. I receive the survey report earlier than I expected.

Communication was good from the start and I felt like a valued customer. Would recommend this company to anyone. I didn’t know who to contact for my level 2 survey but glad I chose them.

Thorough and detailed level 2 survey carried out. From booking to receiving our report took just over a week and they were happy to discuss findings over the phone afterwards. Would highly recommend their services

I had my level 3 house survey done recently by Mr Imtiaz, and I genuinely found him very easy to deal with. He was approachable, friendly, and took the time to explain things in a simple, clear way without overcomplicating anything. I felt he was honest in his assessment, pointing out both the good and the areas to keep an eye on. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer questions, which really helped. His advice felt practical and focused on safety rather than just ticking boxes. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend him.

Good informative survey, prompt visit & very easy and happy to talk about any queries on the phone. Thanks.

Imtiaz did an extremely thorough job of two Level 3 home surveys for myself and my husband! He was really friendly and personable whilst offering a very professional service. He happily answered all of our questions and was really attentive and clear. Thank you so much for an excellent job Imtiaz! We'll definitely be recommending Trent Bridge Surveyors to all of our friends and family who are looking to move.

Easy to arrange, thorough report and they even called a week or so later to check that I was happy and ask if I had any further queries or questions. Highly recommend

We used this company for a level two survey recently, the price was reasonable compared to a lot of other companies and the communication/customer service was great, very friendly and responsive. The survey itself was very detailed and did not require any further clarification.

Professional service at a fair price. It was easy to do the initial set up and booking online. the survey was carried out on a Wednesday and I then recieved the report the following Monday morning. The surveyor Imtiaz then called me later that morning and ran through the issues that came up on the report and answered any questions I had.

No complaints at all and I feel much more informed and confident going into the purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Very reasonably priced. Very thorough. Complete level 3 survey. This helped in renegotiating a final price for our purchase which is still ongoing. Imtiaz is available to chat on the phone at any time and will go over any questions.

The survey was organised quickly and hassle free even in the lead up to Christmas. My questions were than handled really clearly and effectively with Imtiaz being very helpful.

We were really impressed with Trent Bridge Surveyors. It it was very easy to arrange the survey with them and for a very reasonable price as well. The survey itself was comprehensive, clearly drafted and easy to understand. What impressed us the most was that the surveyor contacted us a few days after we had received the report to go through the report with us and check whether or not we had any questions. He did this without us requesting this and the conversation that we had on the telephone was extremely useful. We spent nearly half an hour on the phone and were told at the end of the conversation that if we had any further questions we simply needed to ring and he would answer them. We would thoroughly recommend Trent Bridge Surveyors to you. The surveyor Imtiaz was charming, courteous and very well informed. Thank you.

Good detailed survey,price was reasonable!
