I was really glad for the service as there was a few things that I never identified for myself. The survey gave me the options on what to do moving forward

All very easy to arrange, the survey and report were all completed within a week.

Great service. They came back with a very thorough survey and we’re more than happy to answer questions that we may have as a result of the survey.

Everything delivered on time and to a very high standard, really pleased to use them again.

Efficienct and in depth survey. In time report was sent to me

Provided everything we needed from our survey: speed, reliability, post-report discussions, and allowed questions to understand more about the report. Would recommend to anyone going for house purchase to use their services!

Excellent survey. Very detailed.

Excellent service - we received a really thorough Level 2 Survey which has now allowed us to renegotiate the house price on issues we would’ve never picked up on. A swift and easy process. Highly recommend. Thanks so much

Really happy with my experience. Received a call after the inspection, where some important information was disclosed. Received the report 5 days later, well written, with colourful pictures to demonstrate the main issues. Definitely recommend this company. Thanks

Booked a level 3 survey, well impressed with the service and very reasonably priced!

We got a Level 3 RICs survey in West Bridgford. This was a great service from the first enquiry up until the completion of the survey.
It was exceptional value for money and the team were incredibly responsive throughout.

We used Trent Bridge Surveyors to complete level 2 survey on a property we are in the process of buying. The whole experience was easy, quick and efficient. We received our survey in the allotted timeframe and has a follow up phone call to ensure we understood it's contents. Very pleased with the service and we would recommend TBS to anyone. We can now continue with the sale knowing the property is in good condition.

Easy process from booking and having the survey done.
Clear and easy to read report

Professional service, honest price, straightforward booking process, surveyor followed up after report provided .

The surveyor from Trent Bridge Surveys agreed to survey over the weekend to accommodate my request to accompany him. No one else was agreeing to that request. He was very thorough in his search and even climbed onto a flat roof to check gutters and drains.

Fantastic, detailed report in a very quick turnaround from start to end with a really friendly and knowledgeable team. Really impressed - the report highlighted a number of problems with the house, which would have cost tens of thousands to fix, and so I pulled out of the sale and thanks to Trent Bridge, I had a lucky escape. Used again for the next property and equally as happy with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring a survey.

As a first time buyer, after a careful research we contacted Trent bridge Surveyors. The reply was very prompt , even the available dates were conveyed promptly. Very next day i was contacted by our Surveyor Mr. Imtiyaz, he explained all the details and answered all my queries.
The level two Survey was conducted on agreed date and on the same day got a call from Mr. Imtiyaz after completing the survey. He explained all Minor & Major issues noticed during the survey and also went great lengths to explain all my doubts and questions. The the detailed written report was e mailed in 3 days.
Overall it was a great experience and very glad that we decided to go ahead with Trent valley Surveyor, especially Mr. Imtiyaz.
Highly recommended.
