Hi Lisa, we’re truly sorry for the hassle. Very rarely, carriers misroute or lose parcels. We guarantee delivery, so when we saw your two shipments hadn’t been updated for over two weeks, we treated them as likely lost and immediately prepared replacements to prevent further delay.

The new tracking details have been sent to you via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for our update.

Thank you for your patience, and our apologies again for the delay. We’re monitoring the replacements closely until they’re in your hands.

Hi Lisa, we truly appreciate your patience through all of this. The issue has now been completely resolved. Your replacement bags have been delivered safely.

Unfortunately, the first two parcels were lost or detained during transit, something that rarely happens but can be out of our hands. We did everything possible to make it right and are glad the replacements finally reached you.

We’d be grateful if you could update your review to reflect the outcome.
Thank you again for your understanding and for sticking with us through the process. 🖤

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We really appreciate it. That initial smell can sometimes occur because the bag is freshly treated and sealed for international shipping, but it always fades once aired out.

As for the texture, the leather we use is top-layer cowhide that’s been treated to remove imperfections and give it that smooth, flexible finish. It can feel slightly rubbery at first, but softens beautifully with use.

We’ll make sure to share your note with our production team so every detail keeps improving. 💛

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. It really helps us improve. We’re truly sorry that one of your bags arrived incomplete and with a few stitching imperfections. While we’re glad we could make it right by letting you choose another bag and keep the first one, we understand it should have been perfect from the start.

Our production team has already been informed about the missing key ring and trimming issue; every small detail matters to us. We also appreciate your honesty about the difference in leather feel; some of our bags use slightly different finishes depending on the style, which can affect texture.

We’re grateful for your patience and understanding, and we’ll make sure your next experience with us is flawless. 💛

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few points.

Our return and refund process is transparent, and we operate warehouses in several countries to make returns as convenient as possible. In your case, we provided all return instructions by email and guided you through each step.

Unfortunately, we recently faced temporary restrictions with some payment providers (including PayPal) due to the type of luxury-inspired products we sell. This caused delays in issuing refunds, which we communicated to you. Your order has now been fully refunded, and those restrictions have been resolved.

Regarding your claim that the bag is not leather, we want to reassure you that all our bags are made from genuine leather, and we have laboratory certifications to prove this. The only non-leather material used is the lining, which, for some styles is made from high-quality vegan leather. This sometimes causes a slight odor when the bag is first opened, which fades with use.

We regret the inconvenience caused and are working hard to ensure that future orders and refunds are handled more quickly and smoothly.

Hi, We’re sorry you feel disappointed and would like to clear up some common misunderstandings about leather quality.

1. What “top-grain” really means.
Top-grain leather is made from the uppermost layer of the hide. To give it a smoother, more uniform finish, the surface is lightly sanded and then treated with a protective coating. That coating can feel “plasticky” to the touch, but it protects the leather from scratches and stains and is standard in high-end handbags.

2. Why simple tests can mislead.
Internet tips such as holding a lighter to the material or judging by smell aren’t reliable once leather has been professionally finished. Modern tanning and finishing processes (polyurethane coatings, pigments, or aniline dyes) change both the surface texture and scent, so genuine cowhide can sometimes be mistaken for synthetic material.

3. How to verify authenticity.
Look at the back (suede) side: Real cowhide will always show natural fiber structure, not a smooth woven fabric.
Check the grain pattern: Genuine leather has subtle, non-repeating pores and wrinkles.
Consult a professional: A local cobbler or leather-goods repair shop can confirm the hide type in minutes.

All Trendiesty bags advertised as leather are crafted from genuine cowhide—never PU or PVC imitations. We source both top-grain and “double-layer” (bonded top-plus-split) hides, which are clearly described in each product listing.

You can also learn more about leather grades and finishes in the “Materials” section of our blog.

P.S. Due to a high volume of emails, there may be a slight delay in our response times. Please rest assured that every inquiry is important to us, and our team is working hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you for giving us the chance to clarify. We stand behind the authenticity of our products and are here to help resolve any issues.

Thank you for your feedback

Please note that we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request any return or exchange, as stated in our return policy. The bag was delivered in perfect condition, and it’s possible that the damage occurred due to improper use or handling over time. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs six months after receipt, as this falls outside the coverage of our policy and is generally considered normal wear and tear depending on usage.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bags, and the vast majority of our customers are extremely satisfied with their purchases, even after extended use.

We're always here to support our customers, but we kindly ask that concerns be raised within the outlined time frame so we can assist properly.
