Very poor service today.

I have had significant pain and swelling in the affected molar throughout the weekend and I am now in a lot of discomfort.

I contacted you today using the 0115 Nottingham number and explained the situation. I was told that someone would call me back. I then received a call from someone else who simply told me that I needed to contact the Nottingham number — the exact number I had already called.

I explained the situation again and was once more told that someone would call me back. It is now 15:45 and I am still waiting for that call.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I am already undergoing ongoing treatment for this tooth and am due to have root canal treatment. I have also incurred significant costs from previous emergency appointments for the same problem. I have been taking ibuprofen throughout the weekend just to manage the pain.

Given the swelling, pain and apparent infection, I need this dealt with urgently. I should not have to repeatedly explain the same problem and chase the practice for a response when I have specifically requested urgent assistance.

Please have a dentist or appropriate member of the clinical team contact me urgently today and arrange for me to be assessed.

I would also like this incident formally noted and would like the practice to review the repeated emergency charges I have paid for this same tooth, particularly given that I am now progressing to root canal treatment. I would like to discuss whether the previous emergency fees can be credited towards the cost of the root canal treatment.

I would appreciate a prompt response rather than another instruction to call a number I have already contacted. I have been waiting on hold for over 21 minutes as we speak....

One star is generous for an absolutely scandalous dental clinic. Had appointment which had been booked a year in advance cancelled via text because the dentist wanted a holiday. Had to fight to get another appointment for a routine checkup. Send off to another Treeline Branch/clinic at the time of the rearranged appointment. Routine check for an NHS patient, Asian dentist then advised of scale and polish and charged private fee of £77 for someone who she knew was NHS a student. Absolutely scandalous. Letter written to practice Manager and he hasn't even responded. How do these people get these jobs? WHY DO WE NEED PRACTICE MANAGERS?

Wanted to say how lovely, friendly and professional Alice is at the Keyworth branch. She definitely goes the “extra” mile for the customer and was very kind and helpful to myself and daughter. Thank you Alice!

Answer your phones Treeline! You have the staff to do courtesy reminder calls, which I've asked you to skip, but you won't... a text is enough thanks, but then I need to cancel a next day appt due to illness, and nothing.

Phone not answered. No call back. But I bet I'd be to blame if I didn't show up.

Checked if I could email direct, and yes. Answered in 2 mins. Hallelujah.

Recorded message says you can book online. Yay. Except I couldn't find how to, so asked in the aforementioned email, and that is no longer available.

Wonder if I'll ever get through on the phone, to re-book an appointment.

Amazing customer service! The whole team was great right from walking through the door. Katie, on reception, was very welcoming and polite. She made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had.

Treeline do not recognise NHS patients the same as private ones. I've had numerous appointments cancelled or rearranged. It's now July and the earliest
they could fit me in was December. They really aren't flexible at all.

Charlatans and scammers. Lucky to get one star. Won't respond to phone calls, assuming you can actually get through; will not respond to emails. I have had to visit on 3 occasions just to chase them up and find what progress is re my wife's treatment. They did not respond to my formal complaint asking for refund of deposit considering they have done absolutely nothing. Am taking action through civil action to recover my money and compensation. Do not believe the fake reviews, because fake they are.

Ash and Aisha were amazing, Ash explained everything in person and by email so I knew what treatment was being done and the timelines, both continually asked if I was ok. Before having implants I would never smile and it was affecting my confidence, now I'm so happy I can't stop smiling 😊

I’ve been to a fair few dentists over the years and Dr Susmita is easily the best. She put me at ease straight away, explained every step clearly, and never pushed unnecessary treatment. Her attention to detail is excellent and the work was completely painless. The whole practice runs well too — friendly staff, no long waits. If you’re nervous about the dentist, she’s the one to see

I have recently started my Invisalign journey with Treeline Dental, Rotherham. I have found them to be very professional and offer a very personal experience especially Kirsty who is amazing. She is very friendly and really looks after you throughout. So far I am really happy with my progress and would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the lovely staff.
