Treads Arvostelua

THE GUYS ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE WHO COME TO MY HOUSE THE WORK IS GREAT AND ITS SO CONVIENT I LOVE THIS APP BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE FOR MY RANGE ROVER

This is by far one of the best decisions I made. Great service both from the Treads staff and the contractors in the field. The amount of time I save is the best. No more waiting at a shop or having to be without my vehicle. I would recommend Treads to everyone.

Your sign up was great your service was perfect and i have told my friends about you

Treads is the best out there. They are professional and actually do what they say, they have company integrity. The best commercial business i have used in my life. They stand behind their service and they do what they say!!!! If your not using Treads subscription, why not get the best service on the planet.

We booked a tire rotation and oil change however the tire pressure was not checked as 1 of the tires had very low pressure after the appointment.

I genuinely like the ease of use on the app and the at home service makes things so much easier. I do feel that a small downside may be the scheduling and wait time for services like the nail/flat repair but honestly aside from that, Treads makes it possible to get quality tires without breaking the bank upfront.

I need new tires already, I’m not 100% sure these are real continental tires. But they want me to pay for the replacements.

Also, the reply below is nonsense, they are a scam be careful.

Always on time. However, the mechanics needs to communicate with their customers about being at the location to do service rather than doing the work and disappearing not noticing their presence. What if they done a horrible job and left without notice? I would like to see them do the work.

Oh goodness, where to start? The punctuality is always amazing. The people that come are always knowledgeable and nice. I love Treads!

This company is awesome..... The service is amazing!!!!

There were some selection problems that occurred but the customer assistance cured any issue and all doubts

Great program for me!

Easy to talk to great payment plans you pick your own tires quick and easy installation at you place of location

Super convenient. Affordable. Less worry. Great selection. And they are quick.

Great communication and service was fast and smooth! Thank you Treads!

I am an Lyft driver and the treads app subscription is a no-brainer. I totally love it. All across the board … from customer relations response time to the oil change guy giving me his business card when I asked for it, Treads is top notch 100 all the way through and through. It’s so convenient too! A couple times they have even nudged the schedule to fit me in early! Awesome company. (Suggestion: Please add car wash, brakes, and windshield services when you can!)

I love treads they really are a good company they helped me out so much

I’m extremely happy with all the services provided. All the personal that I’ve dealt with have been knowledgeable and their customer service has been fantastic.
