Treads Arvostelua

Professional, courteous, on time, efficient

We recently had a flat tire. I was able to get a hold of Treads and get someone out to put the spare on and get us back on the road within an hour. Also set up an appointment in their app for a crew to come out and replace the tire within a couple days and that all went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and competent. Exactly what I expected when I signed up for this service!

The company is doing well. Fast responses and calls to make sure your installation or repairs go on smoothly without any inconvenience. I love the service and would recommend it to others.

Great customer service by Zac, always attentive and quickly answered my concerns and got the job done! He is Amazing everytime.

The mechanic was helpful and was also able to patch my tire. He also pointed out that my serpentine belt needs to be replaced.

The tech was awesome. He listened to what I had to say and swapped the tires quickly and properly.

This was a very positive experience. Very convenient and the service was exceptional. The tires that were recommend have been great also. I was leery about this but don’t be.

Arrived slightly ahead of schedule and were quick and efficient. The technicians were friendly and made sure everything was calibrated before finishing. Highly recommend! In my case it was cheaper than using Costco or other tire specific locations.

One of the reasons I decided to use your service is I just want my oil changed. I was tired of paying for services shops "included" in an oil change. All I want is my oil changed, I don't need them doing anything else. I can't crawl on the ground to do it myself, but yes I know my rear wiper need to be replaced. Not sure why its so hard to just change oil and a filter anymore

I don't have to go anywhere and they come to me.

Very great service. Would recommend to anybody. Only suggestion would be to expand the areas that you offer your services to.

Fast and easy. Very professional.

Prompt and great customer service

Quick. Professional. Easy to schedule.

Kind tech that came to my house. Very efficient and good work.

I was between three and four stars. For the most part , I really like it but I find it very hard to schedule an appointment. And the one time I did need help by dinning get it.

Overall, my experience with Treads has been good. For someone who drives a lot like I do, it is a very good value as well. My only complaint is that the tracking on the app is pretty bad. It only picks up about 40% of my driving.

Always good service great staff and works and I love that you can do all in the app

Came to my work for an early appointment hassle free and great overall service

Treads is very convenient, they're very responsive and helpful. When your vehicle needs tire rotation or replacement, they come to your home at your convenience to do the work.
