Responsive company. They know how to treat its customers. Tim Travis very helpful person as he kept me updated about changes in my flight. Great experience so far.

From the very first word I was treated with respect and was amazed that within minutes I had got my flight and transit hotel done and dusted. Its never happened to me before I found these guys. Bruce was brilliant and so helpful. I honestly would recommend them to everyone. I have told all friends and family and will use their services always in future.

Excellent experience and very helpful. Warren Craig helped me find the best flights for myself and my husband. Bruce Danzel followed up with a courtesy call also!

Their scheme is to hike up the price right before you buy, or force you to upgrade to a flexible ticket. Either way you will be paying much more than they advertise.

For those who are still looking for flights, go to the airline website or a well-known travel agent such as Opodo instead.

Always use a credit card to buy flight tickets to benefit from chargeback if you get scammed.

I tried first time this service and Wareen assisted me well with all the possible flexibility ,I appreciate for the support and help to finalize my journey .

I booked a flights and then they asked for more money. They told me it's a non refundable ticket and I have to pay more to get the flights.

They used the reason that one of the tickets will be on standby. There are plenty of tickets available on the flight.

They also asked for copies of my passport and drivers license. Then sent a dodgy looking link to make a payment and it failed because the amount was too large. Then they sent again with two smaller amounts. What kind of flight company can't accept payments over $8,000? So dodgy.

Swift communication and Enna was very helpful

This company are a scam, you get the price and when you book it doesn't actually get booked. When you enquire if it was actually booked (it wasn't) you get hit with further charges and if you refuse you get told that you booked a non-refundable ticket, despite being told when I first rang that the ticket had not been booked. The first lady was not very helpful, I was asked to speak to a manager who was quite rude.

I was recording the call and informed them so, the attitude then changed, especially when I said I was going to seeking legal advice. The booking that had not been booked was then 'cancelled'. I was told no money was going to be taken but I simply didn't trust them so I cancelled the card and got a new one from the bank.

Please take this as a warning, look at the reviews all over the internet especially for companies that are very similarly named (definite red flag).

At the bare minimum record any calls and live chat transcripts.

Jessica Jackson was such a great help. I had issues with my flight abd she made sure she helped me out. She went extra miles in what she did. I really appreciate you Jessica.

I booked a flight online for 303£ and they called and asked for more money. Since it was an non refundable ticket I ended up paying an extra 85£.
I don't recommend them at all.

I booked the flight with this website and it really helped me out Jessica Jackson that girl help me alot was stuck at airport missed my flight she provided me a new flight also did check in for and provide me the seat free of cost it very good experience . 👍🏻

Scam; beware. They will take your money, then call you and say it costs XXX pounds more to get your booking, and if you don't pay you don't get the money back nor the flight. If you tell them that you're recording the call and will do a chargeback, they will refund you immediately.
