This is a scam, they will call you the day after booking and try to convince you that the there are extra charges included on the flight.

They can provide the flight at the quoted price but they will try to suggest that luggage or other fees were not included and then they will overcharge for those.

From my experience I also suspect that they can game the marketplace temporarily by holding multiple flights temporarily thus giving the impression that the current price is skyrocketing. This forces the customer to an urgent decision.
In my case the prices were very high for a few minutes before reverting to the level they were at previously.
Book through the airline directly or a reputable OTA instead.

Booked with this company to see my family and was sent an email that the tickets were “in progress”. I then recieved multiple demanding calls a day later saying that I needed to pay way more than what I initially thought. I reluctantly agreed after they refused to cancel or refund saying it was “not allowed”. They then asked for an email with photos of parts of my credit card and passport/id which sounded a lot of warning bells.

After that nightmare of a call I got an email saying my card was declined. I tried to call their “support line” where the agents continued to cut out and hang up on me. I called over 40 times and received little support or reassurance. One agent told me they’d call back in 30 minutes - I never received a call back and all my phone calls were ignored. However, they would answer my boyfriends calls from a different number. After 12 hours of constantly calling and emailing, they cancelled my booking with no charges to my card (as it was never charged in the first place). It was the dodgiest and most stressful process I’ve ever gone through when booking a ticket. I’ve now cancelled my credit card because they have done nothing but convince me that this place is a scam. Please read the reviews and don’t be fooled like I was and record all of your calls.

Honestly - wish I’d read the reviews before using this company. They lied point blank that I needed to pay an extra £180 to get baggage.

Needless to say I checked the airline for our booking after I got a dodgy call from Bruce trying to get me to do a 5 star review and use his name while on the phone. Raising red flags everywhere.

The booking was cheaper on the airline website and had now booked 4 23kg bags. So I had never needed to pay for baggage.

AVOID Please. Save your money.

This company should be investigated and closed down.

SCAM!! I booked my flight with Travodeals for the price advertised on its website, after being directed by Google flights. Similar to others, I received a call saying my ticket price has been 'adjusted' and has not yet been confirmed with British Airways. The operator (Jessica) spent over an hour providing me alternative flight paths, which were completely irrelevant to my itinerary and a complete waste of my time, and told me I need to pay several hundred pounds more to remain on the same flight that I had originally booked. Travodeals also refused to give me a refund on the basis my ticket was "non-refundable", when I asked for the ticket to be cancelled entirely, despite them alleging that my ticket was "not yet confirmed" with British Airways. I then called British Airways directly to confirm this, who told me that my flight was in fact, confirmed on their end, and that the price adjustment was only £30 instead of the hundreds of pounds Travodeals tried to scam me out of.

THIS IS A SCAM!! Please note that the other reviews are quite clearly fake.

We booked flights online (recommended by Google flights!?) and were then called by Travodeals to tell us that the flight is not available and there are no refunds. Flights were £3,000.

Luckily we contacted our bank quickly enough that the transaction was cancelled.

Their website didn't inspire confidence with a lot of incorrect English in their terms and conditions but the rep on the phone was very helpful and made sure I got the right flight.
