Booked tickets with Travodeals and very pleased as the price of the plane ticket had allowed me to book a lovely hotel at my destination.

Do not deal with. They try to upsell things which are already included like baggage, they entice you with a cheap initial fare but WILL NOT HONOUR IT. Customer service was deliberately dull and avoided questions, especially Enna. Do not recommend, spend slightly more for someone reputable.

As per previous reviews these people are schysters and rip off merchants. They agree a price and then come back saying that baggage isn’t included and then scam you into paying extra for bags that are included in the original price, pocketing the difference. It is cheaper to book through the airline directly. Do NOT use these scumbags, they will mug you.

BEWARE
This travel agency is dodgy.
They lie to customers and try to charge extra for carry on baggage which is included.
They will lie and say your card is declined but now the ticket prices have gone up.

Jessica Jackson was very useful and attentive. A good experience.

Booked flights via Travodeals to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with Malaysia Airlines. Beware of staff calling you for baggage upgrade. Lied saying only handbag allowed and no checked in baggage allowance. Must pay more for 7kg handcarry.
Check airline booking reference and will see that airline already included 20kg checked in baggage.

Daniel, my customer service representative truly went above and beyond trying to sort out a flight for me that fit my very specific parameters.
He was friendly, very helpful, and made sure I was satisfied using the service.
He is the example all employees should be held to.
