Daniel was patient and above all he listened carefully to me ( not often my experience ) and was prepared to do all he could to meet my needs. He was courteous and professional

They indulge in sharp practice. They don't book the ticket when you book, they overcharge, they tell lies and fail to provide the features you select - e.g. claim no checked-in baggage when it's already provided free by the airline. It works out cheaper going direct to the airline and you get everything you asked for.
KEEP AWAY - SCAM COMPANY. And they were suggested by Google Flights. For that reason, don't use Google Flights either.
I suspect all the positive reviews will be fraudulent, just like the company.

In one word, they are "Fraud". I booked a flight with them as their deal showed £60 savings compared to the Airline. Next day I received a call from them asking me to pay extra £200 if I want checked in baggage. I was forced to pay that extra money as they informed cancellation would cost me £350. In the end I ended up paying £200 extra compared to the Airline cost for the same facilities. The customer care person introduced herself as Jessica with pretend British accent which I am sure was a lie too.

I think this is not a reputable dealer, I don't understand why Trustpilot rates this agent 3.8 stars or is this agent spending money to buy to get the reputation of customers? I was also scammed by this agent when I booked a round trip ticket until the Travodeals agent called me back and told me that my return ticket had no consignment and manual goods and asked me to After paying the fee, I called the airline and they said they had already calculated the ticket fee

Very unprofessional . Had to cancel the ticket for family emergency and they are now bargaining for cancellation fees . Their website is designed in such a way to confuse and scam people . Doesn’t mention anything on the website about cancellation fees and first they said the cancellation fees is £500 and after few hours they said it’s £250. Totally scam.
Felt like I’m dealing with a scam call center.

Update after 2 months: NO sign of refund whatsoever. No response to my emails and charged £300 for a refund but still no refund yet. Biggest scam!!

Sure the deals look good. You enter your details, payment etc. All done and dusted.

Until..

The call Center contacts you to say the flight you had booked does not include Baggage allowance.

They will pester and persuade you to opt for a 'Flexible ticket' which can be £100+ depending on destination (i lost £900 as i was caught off guard around 2am on a weekend. Even worse, iwork for Security, so this is to show, anyone can fall for it no matter how clever you are), and refuses to honour the cancellation agreement.

If you have purchased through them and they contact you. Decline all offers they try and give. Sometimes they will say the flight you booked is no longer available, and try to add you to another flight. Persist with the original quote you requested.

Request the flight number and check the flight providers website for real time information. 9 times out of 10 if baggage isn't included, then you can purchase it direct from the airline provider at a fraction of the cost they are asking.

Typical Scam signs:

*It's an indian Call Center, whom all agents have a VERY THICK foreign accent. Nothing wrong with this, but if your name is something like Bruce Danzel or a Tim Travis, be very wary. That's like saying Jesus name is John Smith.

*They will pester you for an answer they want, regardless of time, and urge you to make a decision there and then rather than waiting till the next day where you can do a bit of due diligence, often saying flight prices will change etc etc.

*They will pester you to enter positive feedback. Emails, phone calls.

Utterly dispicable behaviour. Always do you due dilligence before purchasing a ticket from a travel agency

Dishonest - They find a reason to raise the price! Similar story to everyone else on this site. Booked a ticket through them, then within minutes of booking realised there was a mistake with the last name on my ticket (which I did not make, it was their error). I contacted them right away to fix it. They lied and said the ticket had already been issued (it hadn't been) and said I had to pay £200 to fix the last name issue. When I told them that in that case I just wanted to cancel the ticket, they refused to let me and tried to charge me a cancellation fee of £150. Even though the ticket had been purchased an hour before and under UK law they are required to refund you. Really dishonest company.

Like all the other 1* reviews, the same happened to me. They pressure you into an upgrade for a service that is already included by the airline. In my case, it was also baggage allowance. I didn't make the payment in the end because the whole process was so suspicious. Do not book with them.

Bruce has provided very quick and excellent customer service

Came up as cheapest on Google Flights, so we booked the flight online but Travodeals did not book the flight with the airline. Two days later Ivan Fakename phoned and said the long-haul flight (18 hours) only included 3kg of baggage and it would cost £270 to add checked in luggage (this was cunningly hidden on their website).

They held the flight for a week causing prices to increase by £700 (only business class seats left on the second leg). To cut a long story short we had to book a flight for the next day, losing a day of our holiday - thank you Travodeals!

So many of these reviews are obviously fake - bland nonsense, to compensate for all the genuine 1-star reviews.

Additionally the UK address proudly given on their website is that of a well known shell company provider, used by thousands of companies, some of which are illegitimate and fraudulent.

Please avoid!

Theo same The same thing everyone else says, the fare changed due to baggage, a shame because I still wasted time that I could have bought with another company

Booked online, was left a voicemail soon after telling me to call to discuss the booking. First agent wouldn’t tell me why I needed to speak to someone on the phone, second agent said only one ticket was booked of my two because a group booking of 14 came in at the same time. He told me I had to upgrade my tickets. I said no, I want to cancel and was told I couldn’t because I booked non refundable tickets, I said I booked TWO non-refundable tickets and they could only fulfill one and initially refused to refund me. He also told me baggage wasn’t included (BA flight, should be included as standard) when I asked for different dates then hiked the price up. I was firm regarding the refund due to being unable to fulfill my booking and was told ‘I’ll do it just this once, madam’ even though he was legally obliged to. Lucky escape. I booked direct with BA and it was cheaper.

I'm happy with the deal I got from the company.
