I booked a flight from cleveland to Minneapolis they took my money then i got an email saying i need to call them called them and they said my flight home one of us would be standby. so he told me i would have to pay another 350 for the main cabin. I told them I want my money back and they said they cant because I bought an economy ticket so i told them I would call my credit card company and low and behold there were some discounts they could apply. Not happy at all.

It was a great experience and great support from team.

They are kind of a scam. They booked my flight in Saudi Airline with 2 stopover and didn't inform me that I need a visa for that. Then they asked for another £800 to change the flight.
I had to miss the flight and I lost a huge amount of money to them

Terrible service. They sold me a long haul return flight with zero baggage allowance, not even carry on. The lowest ticket that the airline sells includes carry on baggage. After buying the no refund ticket they then asked me to call them to say I was not permitted cabin baggage. I then paid a large amount paid to have cabin baggage only and ended up with a ticket that had check in baggage. The fare worked out more than if I went to the airline to buy a checked in baggage ticket. Feedback after complaint was terrible, they would not answer direct questions. They sent me details and payment amount of someone else' flight in the future and said they sent this other person's flight details, name and amount paid 'as a example'. This contravenes Data Protection Rights and GDPR.

Their website is very dodgy, the price is not the final as you see in the website, and when you book through their website it looks like its booked on the displayed price but, it's not actually booked. They will ring the next day and trick you into paying extra for the luggage, by threatening if you don't pay now you will lose this best deal.
I ended up falling for their trick and paid way more than the normal price, which I only noticed after checking prices on other sites. Unfortunately, I had to cancel our tickets and when we asked them about the refund policy they charged us £300 which is almost a 20% fee. Never heard about these expensive cancellation charges anywhere. Had no other choice than to agree to this scam, it's been over 2 months I have not received any refund, and I am paying interest on my credit cards. Please stay away. It's a rip-off and completely misleading company. I have complained to the airlines, IATA, and ABTA. I wish I could give zero star.

This company is a SCAM . Booked with THAI airways London to Bangkok always FREE baggage , these thieves charge you almost £100 for 'extra' baggage ' and by buying your ticket via these THEIVES you have agreed to pay this AVOID !!! Made £100 for nothing .

They put a lower price and appear in Google flights as the best option however they do not book the tickets on the day you booked them online. Instead they call you and trick you into buying luggage and other services on top of their price. If you don’t agree to the extra charges they basically send you an email saying that the card was declined. They are not a reputable company, please stay away, they would either waste your time or you will end up paying much more for your tickets! They would even tell you that the tickets that you bought don’t even have hand luggage, which is absolutely not true for long haul flights.

Jessica was really patient and great at giving me options to get the best possible deal, really patient really helpful

I first spoke to Mike and he got me a better ticket that covered everything I needed.
Bruce sorted out my payment that had not been able to go through.
I then had an email from Jessica with my E-ticket who I then rang to ask a couple of questions. She was able to answer my questions.
From all three agents, I had a good service and they did everything they could to make my booking easy and the best fit for me.

It was great experience. At first I was skeptical but the customer service was amazing by Karen. She pointed out issues with my luggage which would have made my life problematic at the airport on the day of departure. She was very helpful and kind enough to provide me with solutions for it. Thank you so much.

Listen very carefully to the operator. Booked a holiday, with a clearly described hotel on their website and they then send me to a completely different hotel. They have all the bookings recorded, which they play you back when you complain - the operator when confirming details spoke very fast and slipped in a different hotel into the conversation than that on the "deal". You may not pick up on this, like I did.

Totally my fault for not listening, but their call centre was chaotic and noisy

Used these a few times with minor differences to what I believed was booked, but this hotel switch was not acceptable and wont use again

They never responded to my emails either.

Looked online for a good price and we were booking multiple flights, three of us were traveling to Australia and only two were returning we Couldn’t do this online and guarantee the same flight out for the whole party so decided to telephone the sales department. Will def return to this company. Karen Johnston was extremely helpful and patient and got us a very competitive price and multiple travel options. Would def recommend. Thank you Karen

As many others have said they don't book your tickets right away - they email you to ask you to call you to confirm your booking with them and then try to sell you hand baggage (which is already included) as part of their call at extortionate prices (£75 each way). Then they "book" your flight and say the card has been declined and ask for you to call them back and they "can't guarantee the same prices for the flight from the airline". Stay away, if you made the same mistake of trying to book cancel your card!!! They are scammers!
