Avoid!!! Scammers!! Made a booking that showed child seat included, got in touch just to confirm it. They’ve sent me a new higher price due to the child seat. Then I ended up with the second booking. In the end never had a child seat in the car and never got a refund for the first booking either. £50 for a 20 min ride, crazy hassle and no child seat.

The driver was excellent
The driver was excellent! The overall Travelthru company was lacking. I couldn’t change the pickup location, and when I called customer service in the middle of the day no one answered. I had inquired with a manger that had contacted me previously about my current trip and didn’t have the information until about an hour before needing to be picked up. It was very nerve wracking.

Dimitri, our driver, was helpful and charming worthy of 5 stars. However, I ordered a 6 person people carrier and got a 5 seater estate car, not his fault. Less than comfortable with 3 Adults in the back. Dimitri said this had happened to him on at least 5 previous occasions . Not a great experience.
