Shocking transfer/seats were dirty

Shocking transfer. The car was filthy with someone’s hair all over my seat. I sat down on this and it made me feel physically sick. I paid for an ‘executive car’ and it was far from executive. No one should pay for a transfer and be left in filthy conditions.

I gave them 3 working days to resolve this on WhatsApp as they said they would and got no further response from them!

Don’t waste your money on them and pay for a standard taxi which will be a lot cleaner!

Exceptional service — highly recommended

I used this travel-through taxi service and received an extremely professional and reliable service from start to finish. Everything went so smoothly, which made a potentially stressful journey completely worry-free.

I was picked up directly from the hospital and taken to Naples Airport. The driver was outstanding — calm, kind, and very professional. He used his own initiative when needed, which made all the difference, and he even pointed out places of interest along the way, which was a lovely touch.

I’ll admit I was nervous at first about booking this company as I knew nothing about them beforehand, but I honestly couldn’t have been happier. The service was absolutely brilliant and exceeded all expectations.

I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality transfer service.

The epitome of absolutely AWFUL

Reserved a car to the Airport for 6am on December 30. Reached out to them for 24 hours before the pick up to confirm, no response. 22 minutes before the pickup they responded saying the driver was on the way and would Whatsapp me on arrival. Waited, waited, wait on a dark street, waited, no car. Kept reaching out, at 6.20 they tell me no car, no driver, take an Uber. Almost missed my flight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent transfer Service in Ho Chi Minh city

I travel to Ho Chi Minh City at least three times a year, and this is the first time I have come across a transfer company that finally offers a truly adequate — and I would even say excellent — service.
This is reflected not only in the fast, easy, convenient, and punctual way of booking a car, but also in the extremely friendly and intuitive interface. This is a major advantage, especially for people who find such systems harder to navigate — and I have seen many customers struggle with the menus of other companies.
Here, it is exactly the opposite. From the very beginning, attention is paid to details that are rarely considered:
– the temperature I would like inside the car,
– what kind of music should be playing (or whether I prefer no music at all),
– whether I want silence or conversation with the driver.
These are extremely important aspects for me, as my work involves many hours of speaking every day, and sometimes every minute of silence is invaluable. Here, I am given the opportunity in advance to choose silence or a specific type of music, including its volume and style. There is even an option to request a drink — water or something else.
Not to mention the punctuality and careful driving when I was taken to my hotel, which is especially important given the intense traffic in a city like Ho Chi Minh City.
Thank you for the wonderful service, and I sincerely hope you maintain this high standard for as long as possible.
