After a shaky start with Travelpack (lack of notification of a cancelled flight and poor telephone communication) Heleena via Instagram has been beyond brilliant and we have received our 3k flight refund within 4 weeks. These guys aren’t scammers in our experience they are also struggling. Stick with it, keep on their radar and I’m sure you’ll get your refunds .

Constant lies about refunds this company can not be trusted. I will never use them again and not not recommend

Its not just the public they are dealing with poorly. I went via Co-op Travel and I still haven't been refunded. They've had £3000 + of my money in deposit and balance since March for an October trip that was cancelled in September.
Who will they look to for support to rebuild their business I wonder ?
This is one customer they've lost.

Got my money back after treating taking legal action.
Please everyone should take legal action on them. Don’t let them work away with your money

7 months coming to 8 and still no refund. Never ever going to use this agent again.

No refund, same as everyone else the company promised, changed dates and lied to me and I'm still waiting.

Never use travel pack, been waiting 16 weeks now for my refund and they are not even replying to emails now.

After constant chasing, constant lies about refund dates and starting the process for legal action, they finally gave me a refund for my flights after 7 months.

They have sneakily changed the refund processing time in their T&Cs on the site from 8-10 weeks to 9 months.

Will not use this crooked company ever again.

Make sure you pay for holidays on a credit card always so you have recourse if something goes wrong.

No refund after 6 months. Same problem as everyone else, trying a Section 75 from my credit card but I wanted to know if anyone has got a refund at all? Or had some luck?

I would give a ZERO stars if I could.

Worst company, have been waiting 8 months for a refund

PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH TRAVELPACK! I have been waiting for a refund From Travelpack for 10 MONTHS for a cancelled flight, despite the fact that my airline has processed the refund to the agent. The airline has processed a full refund but Travelpack will only refund me 75% due to ‘admin fees’. I have tried to contact the company may times but keep getting parred off. I then requested an update on Facebook and was blocked. This behaviour is unprofessional and shocking!

Refusing to refund airline tickets even months after the airline has issued refund to them.

These guys are crooks who lie time and time again.

Still waiting for my refund on a flight to HK that I booked in Jan 2020. Cathay pacific already clearly stated that refunds will be given however these lot are a complete joke. Raised a section 75 with AMEX and currently waiting to hear back.

This useless company will not give me my money back for a flight which was cancelled by airline in Feb. Complete joke and won’t even try

BA cancelled my flight. They offered to give a refund. Now 6 months on they won’t pay me my refund. DO NOT USE - it’s a scam.

Terrible experience keep promising to refund but won’t . Complained to Abta as I paid on my debit card and 120 days passed I can’t claim that way . Going for legal route now

Where do I begin.

Originally had a flight booked to Cape Town in South Africa for February 2020. I unfortunately had to make changes to this flight due to a compulsory training course coming up at work (I work in the emergency services in London).

The original flight cost was £693.33. I made a call in early January 2020 and asked to push the flight back to November/December 2020. They advised that because the original ticket was booked in in September 2019, the ticket was only valid for 12 months. So I subsequently chose an alternative destination, I went with Cancun, Mexico - as this was the cheapest flight price difference... which ended up costing me another £257.00 which included £175.00 date change fee and £25.00 admin fee for travel trolley just to change the date with BA.

Unfortunately due to Covid this flight to Mexico was cancelled by BA.

Travel Trolley wrote me me advising me of this and offered me a refund. I obviously assumed I would receive a full refund of £950.33 which is the total amount I paid. The admin fees I believe become null and void as I am actually no longer receiving any product.

However they wrote back and stated that £204.50 of it wouldn't be refundable. As I felt I had no option I accepted a refund of £745.83 and was advised it would be 8-10 weeks to receive this from the 10th of July 2020 (so around 4th - 18th of September).

They have had the funds from BA for several weeks, I've been chasing weekly for an update of where my money is, but I get the same answer that its in a queue to be processed by their refunds team.

17th of November and I received an email to advise that a refund of £500.83 has been processed. Which is some random figure plucked from the air it would appear.

I emailed them back immediately to ask where the remainder of my money is and I have again done the same today - which I was just met with an email back at 13:37hrs 'Please note that we are checking with our refunds department and will advise shortly'

Of course I've not heard back. This really is very poor service, I've been more than patient as I do understand the pressure is high with Covid refunds.

However I don't think that this is acceptable. I now expect a refund of the missing monies plus the admin fees that I was charged.
