I had a great experience with Transmute Yourself Coaching. Javier is a one of a kind person, he has the ability to make yourself comfortable and open up about your problems. He was a great guide and a great listener. He made me realise my potential. I was one of his first clients. I was looking for a motivation and explanation on why working out was so hard for me. He made the right questions and helped me find the answer. Thanks Javier!

Javier is a very intuitive and empathic coach asking powerful questions enabling deep reflections! He creates a safe environment to share feelings and thoughts and goes deeper helping me to identify the beliefs which are holding me back in life. Javier uses different coaching tools effectively including visualizations, which I really like! As a result, I gained new insights & perspectives and could formulate concrete action steps to move forward. We have worked on different topics e.g., setting boundaries, perfectionism, how to be a more effective leader covering work and private areas. Our sessions made me realize that I am good enough by just being myself. I only need to live up to my own expectations and honor my values. I am much more confident in myself than before, allowing me to perform better at work. Each coaching session is giving me a lot of positive energy; I am grateful to have Javier supporting me in my journey to further develop myself and make a difference. Thank you Javier! I greatly enjoyed working with Javier. He is insightful, helpful, practical, and kind. He was also flexible with scheduling the sessions which I appreciated. He is very good at getting to the bottom of things.
