Very bady customer service!

The package did not arrive, then they told me that ups said the package was damaged in transit. after 2 months they said the parcel was deliverd but I received nothing.

They say its not our problem and now they won't help me with anything. They basicly did not deliver my package and they don't reply to any messages.

Compré dos pantalones Leonardo, no me gusta comprar por internet (debo decir que comprar en una página que no tenga traductor al español tampcoo hace fácil la compra ) y este es uno de los motivos, soy cliente habitual de tramarossa desde hace años pero siempre en la misma tienda, el caso es que dejaron de trabajar vuestra marca y me vi obligado a comprar por vuestra web por qué la verdad son unos pantalones que me sientan muy bien, pero los que he recibido no son iguales, el modelo es el mismo (Leonardo) pero no tienen el mismo tejido, no son igual de estrechos, no tienen el mismo corte. Los pantalones son de Excelente calidad, pero estos dos que he comprado no tienen nada que ver con los otros que tengo de vuestra marca. No volveré a comprar un pantalón tan caro y que no me guste como me sienta

Anni fa acquistai un paio di jeans "Leonardo": incredibile, finitura di alto livello, davvero sartoriale, con particolari unici. Ora, lo stesso modello è lontano anni luce, non è completamene "made in Italy", finiture molto più banali e comuni, riscontrabili su altri prodotti ben più a buon mercato. Un delusione totale.

A wonderful company with a fantastic product and great customer service. Our package got lost right before Christmas and they simply sent us a new one.
