I was not warned that there would be a $200+ import fee. The delivery was a day late and DHL failed to follow my instructions regarding which door to use. Not a satisfying experience. On the other hand, the pants are great. But not worth more than $600.

Stay away from this business
After your response. I am more upset. Legally you are right. But all your mentioned issues are mentioned somewhere. You must be very suspicious tinted everything on your website. I had super experience with Farfetch. Yoox. Cettire. Desigbetbix Etcetc. Since 15 years. I had assumed your business practices are the sane as theirs. I was dead wrong. You are cheating your customers. Let me give you an example. Since the US customers pay US tax. Why do you still charge them EU VAT. Are you not ashamed if it?? You should be fined for your crook business. Again shame on you. Everybody stay away from these people. Stay away from this business. It is a rip off. I purchased pair of jeans. Not only I had to pay EU tax but also USA tax. Usually the EU tax supposed to be waived. They did not. Then I paid 150 USD USA tax I paid 50USD shipping. Then the Jeans were awful and did not fit well. I returned it. Then they cut off 100+ usd from the total amount. That means I lost 350USD for nothing. Awful awful business. Please plese stop these con artists. Terrible. I learned my lesson. I had excellent experience with Farfetch. Yoox. Cettire. This company should be fined for cheating its customers. Shame on them

For shipments outside the EU, orders are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning any import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Regarding returns, our policy specifies that international return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties and import taxes, are borne by the customer. Additionally, any duties and taxes advanced by TRAMAROSSA are deducted from the refund once the return is received and processed.
We understand that international purchases can sometimes be complex, and we always recommend reviewing these details before placing an order. That said, we remain available to assist our customers at any stage and are always happy to provide support or clarification.

Die Auslieferung: UPS ist einfach "Sch...". Die liefern nicht ans Haus sondern erstmal in ein Schließfach. Nach über 2 Wochen liegen lassen im Fach, liefern sie an die Haustüre. Fürchterlich

Es tut uns sehr leid, von dieser Erfahrung zu hören. So ein Fall ist bei uns tatsächlich das erste Mal vorgekommen. Vermutlich wurden die Zustellversuche seitens des Versanddienstleisters überschritten, weshalb das Paket zunächst an einen Abholpunkt bzw. ein Schließfach weitergeleitet wurde. Wir verstehen sehr gut, wie ärgerlich diese Situation für Sie war, und entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.
