I’m very disappointed with the customer…
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I have received from this company. I was accidentally charged twice in relation to my mock exam and final exam, and I have had to exchange numerous emails with the company to resolve the issue.
The company has acknowledged that I am owed a refund, yet I am still waiting for my money to be returned. What is particularly frustrating is that I am having to wait around a week for a response to each email, which has made the whole process unnecessarily long and stressful.
I would appreciate this matter being resolved as soon as possible and my refund being processed without any further delays.

Training Express has a huge variety of courses with practical advice and further resources. I initally had trouble renewing my subscription, but Danny C from customer services fixed my problem very efficiently!
