Great customer service
The app is handy but its not seamless each module has to be manually ticked as completed. This particular course was quite repetitive but the was some interesting information and was worth completing overall.
Update 07/09/2026: Following the above the team are taking into account the app feedback and have offered an alternative course at no extra charge which appears to be less repetitive. I cannot fault the customer service and its great that they are willing to take feedback on board so I've upped my review to 4 stars I'd definitely consider them for other training modules
