No access to course and no communication
I bought a course based on good reviews
Didn’t appear in my account, I waited and still nothing
Contacted by phone, email, live chat, no answer for over 2 weeks
Bought the course I needed elsewhere
Still no response from them
Have opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund for the course I never got. Then suddenly, a reply from them. They don’t even want to refund me less than £10 for the course that wasn’t delivered, and are fighting the claim.
