TradeStation has variety of trading platforms

had a very disappointing experience using your mobile options trading app. I was in a trade that was up approximately $16,000, but I was unable to sell my position because the app wouldn't let me exit the trade. I immediately called the trade desk and was on hold for over 25 minutes while the value of my position continued to change.

By the time my order was finally executed, my profit had dropped to around $4,000. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the app had functioned properly or if support had been available more quickly.

In addition, I believe the charting tools and technical indicators on the mobile app need significant improvement. More reliable order execution, better indicator functionality, and faster access to the trade desk would greatly improve the trading experience, especially for options traders where timing is critical.

I hope you will investigate this incident and consider improving the platform to prevent similar situations in the future.also the $spcx 1st day was crazy in the app trading 😳

Easy to work it

I've been using Tradestation for over a decade and my experience is good. TS is a professional grade trading platform, with immense possibilities to personalize your style and workspace. The learning curve is steep, but the level of customization is among the highest you can find in a trading platform, both for algo and discretionary traders. It has its flaws of course like any other software but for serious and committed traders is a solid choice.

Nices trading platform and very good customer services.

It's a great platform, easy to use and they have many educational courses to help with the platform. Every time I've called support I have received the help I was asking for, I recommend them.

Desktop platform is fast and versatile. Customer service is unmatched. I would not trade anywhere else.

Not happy with the service provided by TradeStation. The staff seemed uninterested in solving issues, and they kill people's money, overall it felt unreliable.

I love the fact that I can creat my own indicators with easylanguage. I love the platform and How I am able to make it my own.Great customer service and great videos for just about everything you need to know. I have had just about every other broker you can think of and I have stayed loyal to tradestation.

Customer support is generally horrible, with a few exceptions. Low trading fees, but other fees generally cancel them out.

TradeStation is the worst trading platform one can use, Its a nightmare! Deletes negative reviews, does with your money as they see fit, ignores you, very bad customer service, And then will close your account without warning!! Message them they will say "we can do what we want" thats why. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Had a frustrating experience with TradeStation. Delays, lack of professionalism, and poor response times made the process stressful.

Best fills and lowest slippage in the business. I did a direct comparison against IBKR and it wasn't even close.

Recommended to me by my classmates in Trading school-some experienced, others novices and we all like it! I even got a phone call from the company introducing himself as my liaison for issues! I never got that from ThinkorSwim or Merrill Lynch

I finally got my broker and charts that I was looking for ! Love it , recommended !

Me gusta mucho la plataforma por la velocidad en entrada que tengo al momento de hacer Day Trading.

Tengo casi dos años en la plataforma, y hasta el momento todo ha marchado excelente.

Me gustan las herramientas que le brinda al trader para operar... muchas opciones que aun no me adapto por usar Tradingview, pero son muy buenas y con una data en tiempo real... en mi caso solo es cuestión de acostumbrarme... ya trabajo en eso 😁

Lo único que no me gusta es el hecho de no poder comprar fracciones de acciones, pero eso tampoco es que sea muy relevante para mi.

Si esta buscando un Broker de confianza, con buenas herramientas y un buen soporte al clientes... seguro que Tradestation puede ser una gran herramienta para ti.
