Trademark Factory is the only place I would recommend for trademarking your products. For someone who volunteers in a non-profit organization, they took all the stress off of the process. Did all the paperwork, filing, tracking, monthly updates on how slow the government process could be, and really helped with any and all questions I had or that my board had with regards to what we could or could not do with our organizational symbols we wanted to trademark. Highly recommend letting the professionals do this for you, it is worth every penny! Great job and kudos to all of the agents we spoke with during this process.

This is a good product because on a mild curiosity I realized I needed to protect my brand of what I was uniquely capable of doing that other editors or programs used wouldn't stand as much of a chance to do what I do as a business and even though there's not as much to worry about danger-wise in protecting it, it's still a good idea since these are coming up more and more frequently. I discovered Tradefactory on google and did extensive research on their process. In the end, made the decision to go with them and was guided from start to finish. It was a lengthy turnaround, but they did advise this was the standard timeframe.
